+jeyaendra thirunavukkarasu have u tried safe mode reboot mehod ? try to uninstall any recent app that u have installed after which u started noticing the problem.
otherwise for allow permission it detect over lay problem
The most simple fix for this problem is:after installing an app need permissions and you face this problem.. Only restart the device and then run the app and simply give it permissions that needed.

Most apps are not there in this options like whats app insta,, help me solve
yeah its just started happing to me after update yesterday had to go into settings and toggle off each one on the list then go back into my apps and manually switch on all the permissions...but if i try to back and turn on all the apps that can go on top i get the same pop up so ill just leave it until it irons out

+saswat nayak yes there is no change. Take bit of time and match perfectly the edges. There may be moisture but when I turn on screen its not visible..

Nougat is here no worries y'all..for those who'll stuck to marshmallow there's something that works 100% without doing almost nothing...just un-install "Clean Master"app, it causes the exact same problem if you have installed it, of course..all my late samsung galaxy series S and A5 2016 causes me this problem whenever i install the Clean Master app..!!!
