@Andy-xn9zn it is better that Type 1985-I ammo and that’s better than Mango in values, back then DTW-125 was in-game and iirc it was decent for a top tier round. Basically a bit worse than DTC10-125 but better than 3BM42.

controversial take maybe but with the bmp-2md and now this I feel like thermals are overrated sometimes, a 10.3 going up to 10.7 to fight a whole new line up of enemies that basically nullify everything that made it useful is crazy. not forgetting the bmp-2 that sacrifices it's only ability to do anything in frontal engagements to be able to spot enemies slightly easier regardless STILL not be able to kill them anyways unless side on ofc i'd rather have thermals than no thermals but i find them incredibly useful like once or twice in a session, not really game changing

What? But every John Warthunder on the forums says that thermals are extremely strong, so better thermals should be even more OP, as you'd be able to spot enemies behind solid cover and melt them with your OP thermal gunner sights! Controversial indeed... But not wrong.
@TheGermanMain0 Doesn't really matters actually, Armor still can't stop top tier shells, while 3bm42 is more than enough for weak spots + thermals are great for a top tier
We have multiple,e t-80ud in the game already And its technically not entirely Ukrainian as the UD was developed when they were still a soviet satalite state But it was a stepping stone
@@zibertcorumm but you need to remember that after independence, ukraine barely produced weapons if any at all and was selling off most of its equipment to other nations. these t-80UD/BE were not produced by an independant ukraine if they were sold/transferred to pakistan within its year of independance

I honestly just couldnt care about top tier air and seeing how this tank has no line up for it i decided to save my nerves and just ignored this event completely. Even for sale i have 8 coupon sitting in my inventory waiting for the prices to go up.
Honestly I think I'll like this thing because it's just gonna be a 4th spawn tank in my 11.0 Chinese lineup. First three spawns will be the Al-Khalid, then the two ZTZ-99s, then this which will replace my ZTZ-96A. Plus if I ever feel spicy and wanna run a Pakistani Lineup, I can take the Al-Khalid, this the MBT-2000 (once I get it) with that one Pakistani skin, the Mi-35, and the J-7E with it's Pakistani skin since I'm weird and love to run themed lineups. Still I can understand why many find it lackluster.
Fighting 11.7 in a T-80UD isn't that bad, 3BM42 is effective enough even there so this is honestly good, not crazy good but if you have a half decent IQ you'll do great in it!

The BMP doesn't sacrifice anything, it doesn't have armor to begin with. Now it gets 4 free to launch ATGMs (BMP-2M)

Better armor is too vague, this Pakistani thing can eat most top tier rounds (save for DM53 but it's still very unreliable)
