I hate that I missed the live show for this one. There’s a few things we next to fix to get this thing in the right direction. 1. Announcer has to pay attention to the game and get these players names right. 2. We’re loud as hell in the Red Zone and quiet as hell on the opposing team’s possessions. 3. As a fan base, we have to stop coming to the games to be “cute”. We brag about having the highest attendance annually but we don’t capitalize on the attendance with crowd engagement. 4. Eliminate the “home” side mentality. No way we should have folks sitting at the top near the media box with empty seats on the “visitor” side. 5. Concessions. Start with beverage only concessions. Folks shouldn’t be in line for a whole half of football. We need butts in seats.
To Richard's defense, when I watch the Grambling halftime, I do look forward to Richard's segment before the Boom went in on Grambling lol. I like to hear the crowd laughing.
Good show like always, one more thing not telling you how to run your team but from experience when someone reach out to help you should always find out what they can bring to the team who knows they might be able to bring the lotion for the legs no Diddy.

Share the streams & the content, watch the content, join in on the initiatives, & whatever is needed to grow the brand. We are a family. Tell a friend & tell another friend. 😊❤️On a more serious note, as stated on the show, AT THIS TIME, we don't have a need to add anyone to what we are currently doing. When we grow, there may be tangible opportunities for a certain talent to join. We'll cross that bridge when we get there. There is NOTHING wrong with "we not hiring at this time." That's not the 1st request & probably won't be the last. As for your analogy, we got plenty of lotion stored in the cabinet & a lot of legs to put them on. We are good right now. Much love & respect.
