When rendering in vegas i had: 2048x1152 profile high constant 50m bit rate on top of that i also used "levels" effect (because shadowplay is recording in darker colors) and used "crystal clear hd" preset that i slightly edited (mostly lowered sharpness to lower artifacts). You can find mentioned preset on 95TurboSol youtube channel (i dont remember which "presets" video it was). Sadly i dont even have vegas installed on my PC at the moment and i dont really remember everything but thats the most important things.
So I spoke to you about 2-3 weeks ago about the current state of Javelin. sure enough one of the changes I recommended to the devs (shorter acceleration) was added. I was pretty happy to see this but I just thought of a really nice idea for a javelin (I don't know how to word it but I guess it would be a rework) rework. My idea is: more support focused. Her rocket would be fine in my opinion if she wasn't awful at supporting her team (1/2 a mag per second is really painful). So it's 2 simple changes 1) Simply remove the 1 second delay before she gives ammo (this would mean she would be a nice 'top-up') mid fight). This allows her to not totally re-supply her team but it does allow for her team to keep fighting. Then go back to ammo station/packs 2) This will almost garneted annoy some players but I think the devs should make it so that when you stand within her ammo range, character's abilities cool-down 10-20% faster (this allows for her to give ammo at a good rate and it doesn't make other ammo abilities useless (like it did before). I just wanted to know if this sounds any good to you. can't wait to see more or your amazing content.
Her ammo dispenser is pretty bad so yea, i will welcome any buff they could give it but i would be against number 2. There is already spam issues in DB so even lowering it by 10% might be quite annoying. At the moment both of her abilities are kinda castrated, both kinda work but there are better alternatives around. Her rocket is already quite weak but i still see a lot of people whining about her so i wouldnt be surprised if SD nerfed it again, i just hope they are smart enough not to do it (aside from fixing audio, it does piss me off when i die to a rocket i couldnt hear, but its a global issue and javelin isnt the only one).
yeah lowering cool downs on Nader for example would be kind of crazy now I think about it. I do think making her ammo more unique or some kind of buff to her support capabilities would balance her very nicely. Even something like half the rate of an ammo station and half the rate if a heal station (you use one at a time). (that wasn't a suggestion but just my line of thought)

Last time i tried planetside i was running on 30fps, servers had a stroke so the game looked like turn based game (where there was action once every 5sec) and was getting killed by tanks and airplanes. I heard that they fixed most of it already but i still couldnt give that game a second chance ;p.
may i ask why u pick Br16 over 2 other guns ? If you are given the choice to pick all other guns excluding sniper and shotgun, which gun will you pick for Javelin class ?
Burst rifles are generally too strong at the moment so thats what i would pick. BR16 is simply good at every range, from long to short, have great burst (especially useful when you have a cover to use and you just peek>shoot>hide), i simply cannot find anything bad about it (well, it is kinda tricky to use at first, so thats a con). On the other hand both dreiss and shar-c are kinda annoying to use because of big spread+recoil ratio, br16 just feels like less like a work when used. In any case they will probably nerf burst rifles again(at least i hope so).
Haven't played Dirty Bomb for a few months but holy shit how is Javelin even legal? That ability is insane, especially in a game where the ttk is so low and the player movement is what keeps players alive longer - you don't even have to be accurate...

Its exactly like phantom situation, where he simply needed few tweaks (his invi shouldnt block overdamage, meele fixes), instead SD broke meele for months and made him crap for a long time. The best thing ? Phantom is actually stronger now than how he would be after some tweaks, not saying that he is amazing now or anything just that even when phantom was "overpowered" he was still a mediocre merc.

I was always kinda weak with burst rifles, i did get kinda more consistent with them lately tho. I would say i am slightly better with stark but i am not exactly happy with it as well. In any case burst rifles are strong enough that it doesnt really matter that i dont land headshots as much ;p
For the last week or so I played almost 90% chopper bat Sporks. On a very solid round I get maybe 30 kills, usually less, rarely more. Still I get people screaming at me "OP OP! Abusing broken mechanics! LOL ONE SHOT NO SKILL". Shockingly even some level 80+ players start bitching after they got the bat for the third time. People are just crybabies like that.
Not gonna lie, bat sporks is annoying as fuck, but yea not exactly overpowered. A lot of people have problem with perception, they can never look from a different angle, so theres a lot of noise about things that arent an issue.
My most used would be sawbones, redeye and vassili but i dont really do well with snipers so thats why i actually have long playtime with them (since i try to get better, at least did try in the past) and i didnt play sawbones in quite a while, most of my playtime with him was in early open beta. I do a lot better with things like fragger/arty/fletcher (at least i did when he wasnt as bugged, now i dont even play him), but i dont really use them outside of ranked.
Hexa-Flexa OP who I your favourite medic as of current state of dirty bomb with all the spam personally I don't think sawbones is any good now in pubs or ranked as pheonix can output faster healing
I didnt play medics in a while, especially after recent changes but i would still probably take aura for defense and phoenix for attacking. Guardian is bad, sparks require your team to be half decent and sawbonez cant heal mid combat (but he is still a good pick, just more risky without good communication).

Damage wise she should be like nader: Very strong in the RIGHT hands but not in scrub hands (high direct hit dmg, low splash dmg). Right now, every level 1 player can get ridiculously many kills with her.
I dont think she is as bad to deal with as most people seems to think. She needs her audio fixed so we can hear her charging the rocket launcher, maybe removal of instagibs but first i would want to see how she do when you can actually hear her charging the thing. Her aoe is already rather small (not really bigger than what fragger have) and its easy to avoid as long as its not close range but since you cant hear her its like getting killed by invisible laser, feels bad.
Who needs a team. When ragnak can 1v8.

Cant really remember names at the moment but the one with hochfir and 2 healing auguments(lower cd and more heal) is probably my favorite.

Yeah, a voiceline would be a good start. Lets see what the patch in a few weeks gets us.
