This the kind of videos I really like. It explains why you do it and how long it took you to clean it. Also it is nice to see how you actually clean it. This video explains one improvement in more DETAIL. Obviously you can't to that for every improvement. This video gave me a lot of motivation! Thanks!

Jack, you know the value of getting the restroom or lunch room or even in this case a simple station to wash your hands if you cannot get this right how do people think you can get a manufacturing shop running premium you know how to address the basics

Kudos to you on being vulnerable by showing us the deviation from the standard. What is your approach in reinforcing the expectation? Raising such defects in the morning meeting?

Thanks! So this video was shown in the morning meeting, and we set a standard for washing hands and cleaning the sink, and since then we haven't had any problems

Awesome Jack! In the spirit of lean, my improvement contribution: perhaps a shadow outline of the stock levels + another different coloured shadow outline of the stock level with instructions to grab stock from the warehouse. 😊
