Thank you so much! After 30 minutes of trying to snake and using baking soda/vinegar, I just took out the tubes and took out the gunk. I thought I would need tools to take the tubes apart but I saw how easy it was to remove them so I did it.

Took me 2 times with baking soda and vinegar last week. It did not make much difference but a little difference. Today, I used hot water, baking soda, and vinegar. Again it did not seem to change much. Then, I used the mighty plunger - make sure you cover the airing hole with sellotape (the brown one), did just a couple of pumping and MAGIC! The drain worked beautifully!!! 🤗🤗🤗

I have spent hundreds on plumbers and within days it’s blocked again. Don’t even get me started on the drain cleaners. If they sell it I’ve bought it and tried it TWICE. I finally got under the sink myself. Took the unbend off and it was jammed. I cleaned it and replaced it. But the sink is still blocked. There is a second bend that I can’t remove myself and I am now considering hiring a third plumber to do that part. I’m crying because this is too much.

While cleaning the drain in the shower, I dropped the inspection cap in the drain. Since then, the following day my bathroom smells horrible. I have had three plumbing companies, the last one with a camera, which he looked down the shower drain and all was clean and clear. However, he did not look in the bath tub or sink pipes which are higher than the shower drain pipe. I'm wondering if this little hard plastic top is somehow jammed somewhere between these three pipes causing the smell. All good advice welcome, thanks in advance.

Thank you for this! I was starting to get nervous as it looked like the baking soda was just clumping up and not moving down. But step 3 (I used an old coat hanger) did the job. A few pokes and the water quickly drained away!

I'm 🙏🙏🙏🙏 that the baking soda and vinegar does the trick overnight! Thank you so much I've never used that I tried liquid Drano and that didn't do a thing 🥸

Thank you. After II follow your steps and it's no longer clog. When vinegar and baking soda are first mixed together, hydrogen ions in the vinegar react with the sodium and bicarbonate ions in the baking soda.

I have used a plunger when I moved into an apt. and sink was clogged along with tub. Pulled hair out of tub then used a plunger worked great on both, can this cause any damage as it did not this time?
