Well this ride had just about everything including the bike breaking! We did manage to fix it after being at a standstill for 15 mins. Thanks to everyone who helped with trying to repair it.. I'm genuinely surprised that the bike made it to the end, The rear spindle completely stripped its thread! (also the go pro died shortly before the end)
Other than that we had 5 dogs, many children, a baby, a penny farthing, roller bladers, skateboarders, scooter riders, runners, walkers and of course bikers!
Watching this back really made me realise how diverse these rides have become and for me it signifies complete unity within the people. Couldn't be prouder of what this has become!!

Oi oi massive. 2nd Wales adventure for dom an bass on a bike an omg, Wales you don't disappoint do you. We cycled for well over 2 hours, even with Doms bike breaking down it was still a great ride, just added to the drama really. This was by far my favourite ride I've done, thank you Dom for what you do for us and thank you Wales🏴🏴🏴 🚲🎶🔊✌

What a wonderful and joyous day it was.
Amazing turn out by the people of Swansea. I saw lots of kids, one could not have been older than 3 years old was propelling herself on a tiny electric bike. The whole thing was incredibly good natured, even the drivers that had to stop to let the hundreds of cyclists through were smiling; you could tell the younger ones wanted to join us, even the older ones were amused by the spectacle. The music was fantastic, there's something about Drum n Bass that lends itself to cycling - who'd have thought; and the sun was out most of the day.
Green hot pants guy was a legend, he was on it from the moment he arrived at Swansea station. He also seemed to have an inexhaustible supply of drink which I saw his dispense to all who needed some. Top bloke. Grey tracksuit guy is, having met him, an absolute legend also. Penny Farthing guy had the best view of the day.
I spent 2 odd hours hanging out with like minded people in a party atmosphere with a massive smile plastered across my face doing what I love most, riding my bike. I don't know if it was deliberate but we rode through the busiest intersection and roads in Swansea, something I would never normally do on my bike, and it felt bloody brilliant. - I loved the subversive element of the ride the most. I only wish we could have more social rides like this. Riding with Dom was a pleasure, can't wait for him to come back to Wales.

What I love the most is the positivity Dom is spreading throughout the country - it's honestly amazing to see. The diversity of people joining, the music, the positive vibes and smiles on peoples faces. The Dom n Bass movement moves differently and I love it! ♥

On a side note, I was listening to a radio program about rhythm. Apparently it's actually healthy for us in lots of ways, for example listening to rhythmic beats can help Parkinsons sufferers freeze less. But best of all, it's been scientifically proven that people who move to the same beat for a bit actually like each other more and have more empathy.
I've always believed that raving actually touches something intrinsic within us, and is powerful for this reason.

One thing I've noticed is you really like the bit crush filter. Great for transitions, adds some crispness and 8-bit spice to the sound!
Yes I actually use it to try and trip out facebooks copyright system as at the time this is being live-streamed and sometimes it can cut off midway!
Big ups to the man rocking the BMX helmet. You can never be safe enough protecting the noggin. I fell off a mountain bike during a trail run, and got a pretty bad concussion the helmet def saved by ass. I always wear a robust helmet with some padding now whenever I ride. It's easy to not notice a biker especially in a residential when they're backing from the drive way. Seen some bad accidents that way.
