Langは、おそらくLanguage（言語）のことかと思います！
鳥は、インコかオウムかと思いますが、言葉を返してくれるからだと推定されます。
こちらのアイコンは、いずれも、標準の絵文字を使用しているため、おそらく自由に利用しても良いのではないかと考えられます。一方で、商標の利用は難しいかと思います。。。
もしも本気でビジネスで利用する場合は、弁理士さんに相談していただくことを推奨します◎
