We started homeschooling our kids last year, but I will definitely keep these tips in mind as we start back up. Thanks for the great advice!

I LOVE the idea of "getting up is good for your legs, looking up is good for your eyes" -- good one Dr. S! Thanks for the good phrase and hoping that I can get more outside time! Thank you

LOL, we could all use some more outside time. Just don't forget the sunglasses 😎

I love the 2 hour outside recommendation. Now, when I find myself looking outside the window, when I'm supposed to be working, is better for me than I thought.

Same here. But it feels so much better by a window than in a corner, right!

That's one that I have really been working on. Getting the right chair for you really does make a difference.

Thank you, Deb!! We should be learning something new everyday, right? Well, with our devices that we are on, nowadays, we can learn hundreds of things everyday!🤯

Yes, simple, but effective! I wonder why most things that combine those 2 seems to be the easiest to forget.

@@Taiyos_Dreamz LOL, okay well at least I now know who you are. It's probably the person that last logged into TH-cam at your house. Thanks for watching!!

Thanks for the advice. Question, can placing a warm towel (NOT HOT) over the eyes help eye strain? Thanks.

A hot (hot enough to that you can stand it on your face) compress at the end of the day, followed by lid massages is amazing. It's better than artificial tears and natural, and best of all free!!
