Pie+cupcake are highly recommended and the order of skills is important. Deadly paradox - song of concentration - shadow form, in this order when you're facing Mindblades. No need song vs other foes.

Paragon is so increcibly powerful. Played through most campaigns with mine with just heroes and managed to grab the Indomitable Survivor even, got about 80% towards Legendary Survivor before a random spike by an Elementalist boss in the Asura part of EotN insta-gibbed me.
Very powerful and fun class.

How good is the Anniversary Dagger for Paragons?

as good as a regular q9 dagger imo, dagger spam para builds have both dagger mastery and leadership, so you have both req-s completed

not sure if you are still monitoring but is paragon good for starting character? burning enemies kinda speaks to me

paragon is beginner friendly yes but its a supporting role and you rely a lot on your heroes' firepower, basically you boost the whole team as a paragon and it works great but its not a solo class

I don't understand how anyone can maintain HR without toolbox. The amount of baby sitting required is insane to me.

its kind of bearable with 'they are on fire' imo much worse if someone pops a conset and u gotta pay attention to the reduced recharge times... (8s instead of 10s in this case)
