I understood exactly. Mine has said my name when saving my life. It felt like a loud, resounding booming voice from God. He told me to stop my car immediately and pull over. My two year old heard him. I pulled over, terrified. A minute later, a black mustang going over 100 mph plowed into three cars in front of where I was. Everyone was killed. The cop who asked why I pulled over believed me when I told him my guardian angel told me to. He said he's witnessed it several times in accidents.

There was so much traffic. When we were able to get off the highway and give ourselves a minute I looked at the clock and it said 3:33. I looked up what it meant and the first thing that popped up was "The Son of Man is near". I am still overwhelmed by it years later. ✝️🙏

Throughout human history there are many occasions, where there are appearances of shall we say "Angels" that have saved or empowered people to do heroic acts, especially during wartime, even if they were not seen their presence was felt. You can read about these encounters or watch videos of men telling these stories. Not just me saying this. Interpretation is up to you, but these men who have these encounters attribute it to guarding angels for the most part. I firmly believe in spiritual beings and their power to help shield and guide the humans they watch over.

I once had the honor of speaking to Medal of Honor winner, Air Force Major Bernard “Bernie” Fisher. His son was in my unit. Bernie got his MOH flying an A-1E Skyraider in 1966 in Vietnam when he landed on an overrun air strip to pick up a downed aviator. It had to be one of the greatest combat aviation rescues in history. Major Fisher confided in me that on that day, God spoke to him, much as it appears happened here to Chris, and told him what to do and that he would be safe. After absorbing massive fire from enemy forces who had overrun the air strip and stopping to get out of his cockpit to pull the downed aviator into his cockpit, Maj Fisher took off in less runway (it was littered with debris) length than his Skyraider should have allowed. He should never have made it. But he barely lifted over the trees and made it to safety with the rescued pilot draped over his lap. He told me God spoke clearly to him to land and save that pilot. I’ll never forget his sincerity, his forthrightness, his grace, and his overriding sense of peace and neither will any of us who heard him talk that day. Sometimes we all need some extra help when doing something heroic… 😊

The fact he went in completely blind 🤯 Usually if a bureau gets involved people are tasked and are given intel on the building inside and out, they also usually go through best ways to storm and suppress and evacuate, and the best floor plan to do that, before anyone enters a building and engages. He didn’t have that, he was first on site, didn’t know the building layout and achieved and saved that many people is beyond incredible. When they talk about mission impossible, this is it. He not only lived to tell the tale he saved many more that were marked to die that day. What an incredible human.
