This disparity of enjoying dual citizenship by judges needs to be finished immediately, if a parliamentarian can not have, how can a judge? No one who is enjoying a public office whether that is in judiciary, parliament, Establishment or burucracy to be allowed to have dual citizenship. However, the same can be attained after retirement. Constitutional amendment to this effect may be tabled by parliament forthwith.
