I used to see this with my mother There was a Spanish version. We used to get annoyed at people who wanted to get to the end and would not cash in halfway, especially on those occasions on which the questions had not done too much damage.
The actual shock at the "FALSE" gong was easy to see. And his face after as he realized the game was rigged against him. Sorry, Brandon, you should have had more saucy answers in order to keep going!
More saucy answers? Dude literally admitted to being a horrible human being after every question. I 100% think he'd stuff to make himself appear larger. And I 100% think his ego wouldn't allow him to admit it.
Was flirting with other girls via text, making ethnic jokes about his girlfriend's family, stealing tips, military shame he won't talk about, changing bill amounts to get a larger tip......... That dude was trash.
I agree he was a shitty person, however he didn’t lie. That’s not a question that he wouldn’t be sure of. Either he did or didn’t. The fact that he answered harder ones truthfully and he answered that confidently and was surprised and shocked when it said it was a lie tells me he was telling the truth. If he had done it, why would he lie? That makes no sense. Not really a big deal compared to other things he did. Lie detectors aren’t 100% accurate. And the production might have done it to ensure he lost. I think much of the show is real, but who knows. You can tell he was telling the truth. Still a shitty person tho.
33:23 seriously pissed me off. That happened to me once and it resulted in me having to deactivate my credit card for a while, then jump through hoops to get it reactivated. I'd probably take a baseball bat to whoever did it to me if I could get away with it.
@@cs-ig8qb some women are VERY sensitive about anything related to weight gain. This is especially true of Miss America contestants, which that woman and her sister were.
And that’s what makes this game show so hard for contestants. Some of the questions are very straightforward. But other questions are hypothetical, and worded like “have you ever felt” or “would you ever” or “do you believe”, and the contestants fail at those because they would say something like “no” and then think “well…I don’t know, do I?” The answer is marked as FALSE, not because they are lying, but because they are not 100% confident with their answer.
@@Musickt196 The other thing is implicit vs. explicit psychological processes. Polygraph tests for automatic responses, i.e., heart rate, etc., reactions caused by instinctual, implicit attitudes, beliefs, and thought processes (which is also why it can err - only like 99% credence, and credence = on average, the proportion of times it is right ≠ the likelihood that it is right - 4 people in a town of 400 match suspect's depiction, 99% credence, 25% likelihood it's a specific one of them). Just shows you cannot trust the lie detector 100%.. telling the truth that you stole by adding extra on someone’s card payment so he got a bigger tip etc.. he definitely wouldn’t lie about filling his underwear when being a model..
What's worse is people will do this stuff for free too. Nowadays people willing post information like this proudly on their social media for all to see
Man I feel like that one was rigged. Why would he say he confess to much worse shit then lie about something small? You can tell he was like wtf they screwed me.
I watched a true crime story about why this was taken off the air. I didn’t understand why but now I can see how this social experiment could be a problem for some. Maybe they add therapy services afterwards?
I feel like he was telling the truth and it was rigged. He answered all those other terrible questions honestly, why would he lie about the last one 🤷🏾♂️
I don’t mind saying the whole truth for 500k, I’m not even close to another lot of people or relatives cause I always say the bitter truth but they think I’m rude but I don’t care a bit
I love this show, but contestant two was screwed out of his money. He was asked the question about stuffing his underwear which isn’t like a emotional or gray area question. There is no way he would have said no if he actually had. He told the truth on much harder questions. You can tell by his answer that he is telling the truth and the fact that he is pissed when he loses. I wonder if he exploded and yelled and they edited it out? I would have been furious. Personally I don’t think most of the show is rigged, but i think lie detectors can make mistakes and clearly, this was missed.
I'm guessing Krista's fiancee is the one who ended it when he found out how evil she truly is.
