I would say it can smudge, I haven’t noticed it fading after a long day out but also keep in mind I don’t touch my face. I’d also suggest trying to set your brows with powder before drawing them in, it’s helped me and I have oily skin too lol 😅🥲 hope this helps. Thank you for leaving me a comment 🥰✨🥰
