They charge insurance charges in addition to interest, which may be 2500 per 50000 of loan, if you take 150000 loan they will charge 7500 in advance from date of loan, the insurance co. Is their own private co. Through which they earn undisclosed profit. You have to pay insurance premium von your loan , thus your loan becomes costly , Sabdhan rahen!
