- Black Eyes is the fourth mini album by South Korean girl group T-ara. Its released was originally set for release on November 18, 2011, but was pushed forward one week to November 11 due to the overwhelming demand for the album's lead track, "Cry Cry." A repackaged version of the EP (though called the fifth album), titled Funky Town, was released in January 3, 2012 with the song "Lovey-Dovey" as the lead track. "Lovey-Dovey" received an "all-kill" on major charts such as Melon, Bugs, Naver, and Olleh. "Lovey-Dovey" also scored the number one position on the Gaon singles chart, which is the Korean equivalent to the Billboard Hot 100. As of May 2012 "Lovey-Dovey" has achieved digital sales of over 3.5 million in South Korea alone.

Indeed! I love them to beats! But why some kpop lovers says that T-ara ain't that famous and they doesnt seem really excited when you talk about them? It's because of the bullying to Hwayoung? It's sad because I really really love them! More than any other kpop group.

+Evany Soteldo Actually, they are very famous, esp. outside Korea...but they were hated for 3+ years (hate still lingering) because Knetizens proved that they are gullible in believing false rumors (I have a bridge and some swamp land I'd like to sell them:D)
+Evany Soteldo Because of the hate, T'ara lost a lot of appearances in the entertainment venues (like variety shows, CFs, dramas, etc.) which cost them not only revenue but relevancy. Relevancy is important for staying fresh in people's minds...so younger generations aren't aware of them...hence their popularity is low in Korea (younger folks get drawn to new/old groups that get featured in these venues).
I Remember when the song lovey dovey came out my older sister was so excited and ever since I watched this with her I was in love with Kpop ever since and she showed me dream high

It gave me goosebumps the whole 30min... 31:40 to 32:00 made me cry, the whole feeling in "we were in love song" in that last part, dammit shattered my heart in pieces, can't stop listening and watching this MV

Jiyeon make plastic surgery to her face. that's why jiyeon switched to Q-ri. And at the end (in the car scene) that ahjusshi look Jiyeon as Jiyeon face, and not Q-ri face.
+JohnMike67 OK, I'm confused. Just how many members of T-ara were in this video? BTW, isn't Qri a few cm shorter than Jiyeon and Eunjung? With all the changing hairstyles and hair lengths and hair colors, I still have trouble telling them apart although Boram is usually easy to identify.

for me Qri did a good job in showing the cold side in this mv, but in the car scene, she's lacking in there but overall Qri did her very best and I salute her for that

It's a beautiful story, and both Jiyeon and Qri are doing a really good job. I love the fact that it's actually a sad ending - it's rarely seen, according to me. Don't forget to watch the drama verison to Day by Day and Sexy Love too!

Cry Cry: (00:00-17:47)
It starts with a groups of bounty hunters finding a house of people they were trying to find and kill. They kill all of the criminals, with the last one being Jiyeon's father. The man who killed her father then sees her crying and takes her under his wing. It skips to when Jiyeon has grown up and is hunting people with the man who killed her dad (I believe his name is Yeoni but I might be wrong. I'll be referring to him whenever I say Yeoni from now on). There's a small scene where they find a pickpocket (Hyomin) and her boss. He sees that the boss is abusive to Hyomin and decides to let her go but turn in the boss. They look through people with a bounty and find a man (I believe his name is Hyeokji) who has one worth 100 million won (around $92000). It cuts to later that night when she's having a nightmare from the day when her father was killed. She goes to lay by Yeoni and vows to find the man who killed her father. It cuts to the next day when she is in a suit store and sees Hyeokji. She decides to follow him and try to capture him. He then beats her and takes her to his hideout. He goes through her wallet and learns that she is the daughter of the man that Yeoni killed. He gives her the opportunity to get revenge and kill him. She decides to shoot Hyeokji instead and Hyeokji shoots Yeoni. The police show up and Hyeokji takes Jiyeon. Yeoni is taken to the hospital and Jiyeon is left on the side of the road. Eunjung finds Jiyeon and first steals from her but then decides to take her to a hospital.
Lovey Dovey: (17:48-33:12)
A few years later, Jiyeon (played by Qri this time) and Eunjung are living together. They go out to clubs and steal wallets from people as a source of income. After stealing wallets, they go to a food stand run by Yeoni. Jiyeon and Yeoni see each other and Yeoni is somewhat able to recognize her, but she fully recognizes him. Eunjung writes her number on the bar and says Wanted: Boyfriend (this seems pointless to the plot but it will be important later). Jiyeon follows Yeoni and comes back to the stand by herself. She begins to drink and tells him to put an egg in her ramen, which is significant because she used to say this when she lived with Yeoni. She falls but refuses his help and walks away. They go out on the next night and go to a booth with a few men. One of the men have a big bag of money. Eunjung grabs the bag and goes home with Jiyeon. On the way out of the club, they run into Hyeokji. On the next morning, they open the bag and find stuffed bears with drugs inside, which belong to Hyeokji. Eunjung calls the dj of the club and asks him to help her. She waits for the dj to meet her but instead, Hyeokji comes and takes her. Jiyeon gets a call from one of Hyeokji's men telling her to bring the bag to the peir if she wants to save Eunjung. She does and Eunjung is set free. Jiyeon is then taken. Yeoni finds the phone number that was written on the bar. He calls it and Eunjung asks him to come help them. When he gets there, he goes through Hyeokji's men with ease and finds Jiyeon. Hyeokji then shoots Yeoni and they fight. Yeoni manages to kill Hyeokji, and Eunjung comes back to help Jiyeon. It cuts to Jiyeon trying to get Yeoni to a hospital but she is too late and he dies in the cars with her. She then drives the car into the ocean and dies with him.
@@stevennicholson7872 I think you've got it wrong in the first part, that mister who took care Jiyeon after her father's death is a member of police force and when he took Jiyeon, he decided to become a bounty hunter. As you can see in the first part, when they took over the captured criminal to a police. That policeman ask that Mister why won't he comeback to duty.
