Combo that with the survivability of her fade ability and it works around players not having perfect awareness... man is onto something
For that person in chat you can rank down by losing but in this game there's little thing called Chronoshields. This is probably one of the best things ever invented for Competitive. If you lose a match the Chronoshield can block your rank points from being lost and give you another chance. If you lose again then you rank down. I think Marvel Rivals has the best ranking system in gaming as of right now.
She can easily 1v1 other duelist but for a team fight, she doesn't have enough dps. Anyone who complain she's brain dead is probably that Magik and Starlord because they can't bully your team.
