Me too! Most of other channels always have an endless introductory sermon, and I often lose my patience when they also add long explanations between the steps, but with Hebbar it is short, precise, clear and you can really see the whole procedure and the tasty result. Instead of rice flour can we grind rice at home for this recipe pls reply ?
Can we make appe in idli stand? And if yes toh after how much time we have to turn appe on other side?
Are you using non stick pan for making dosa. Please reply.
Hi Bharati Trivedi , glad to know you liked the tawa. It is a cast iron tawa and I got this from my hometown Udupi, Karnataka. It is a local made and there isn't any brand name over it. Let me know if you need any more information.
Hi.. I want to know what type of utensils you use. For the peanut chutney, u fry the ingredients on a steel like pan. Can you give me details of the pans you use? My main focus is to move away from nonstick pans and kadai.. But I am not sure where to start from.
Hi Dev Lego , glad to hear you liked my kadai... I use Prestige omega deluxe granite kadai, as it works great for daily cooking. it comes with the glass lid and also has 3 layer non-stick coating which helps to reduce the amount of oil usage.. you can buy here: amzn.to/2fPpQc1
@@hebbars.kitchen thanks for the details on the kadai. How about the steel pan that you have used for the chutney preparation?
Hai dear

Hi Master Aarush Vlogs , glad to know you liked the tawa. It is a cast iron tawa and I got this from my hometown Udupi, Karnataka. It is a local made and there isn't any brand name over it. Let me know if you need any more information.
The rava u used in the recipe is roasted or unroasted ?
Roasted is mostly better.
Not sure about here.
How many days can we store the batter
What do you mean by wheat flour... Aata or Maida
Aata
Ye nonstick tawa hai ya lohe ka
Hi Ankita Topno , glad to know you liked the tawa. It is a cast iron tawa and I got this from my hometown Udupi, Karnataka. It is a local made and there isn't any brand name over it. Let me know if you need any more information.
Why does dosa stick to dosaikal. Pls tell how to make it without sticking.
@Anusha Kumar Always use a heavy bottom pan or well-seasoned cast-iron tawa to make rava dosa. iron skillet pan is the best to prepare dosas. seasoned tawa is the one which is used earlier to prepare dosa. grease the pan well and rub it with a slice of onion before pouring each dosa. also do not use the same tawa in which you prepare roti or chapati. maintain the tawa separately for both. in case if the dosa sticks to the non-stick tawa, pour a small amount of batter into it and prepare a small size dosa, after 2-3 dosas, the dosas won’t stick to the pan as the tawa would be hot.
Thanks for replying. I will try.
Sometimes the rava dosa sticks to the non-stick tava. I don't know what is wrong.
Mine do too. I was wondering if I am using the wrong kind of rava maybe? It’s confusing because there are so many types. Also I haven’t found the perfect tawa yet, so I struggle sometimes with foods sticking to it.
