    This was a fascinating tour of your lovely school. I am pleased you mentioned the COVID shutdown; I was thinking your facility was not too popular as nobody was around it. I think of schools for any age of students as places where laughing boys and girls are in abundance. I was in university in USA in 1965 AD! The educational concept has upgraded so much since my time. Thank you for your wonderful insights; I love them all.

    I find it amusing how "oliver" uses his hands/gestures to make himself understood.
    Would he not be able to communicate if his hands/arms were bound?????

    Hello, I have a 3 year under grad degree. Am I eligible for admission in Masters or does Aalto require 4 years Mandatory?

    • @RoadtoFinnish
      @RoadtoFinnish  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No Aalto university does not specifically require a 4 year degree. The minimum requirement is that you have a degree that makes you eligible to apply for a master's in your own country. If you are not sure whether your degree makes you eligible, please contact the Aalto admission office via email: aalto@admissions.fi

    • @RoadtoFinnish

      Hey Adil and thanks for the great question! So Aalto university (like every other university in Finland) has scholarships programmes for international students who are not citizens of European Union or European Economics Area countries. If you dont yet know how tuition fees and scholarships work in Finland, i really recommend that you check out these two videos:
      Tuition fees in Finland explained: th-cam.com/video/Z_4VUUvODdM/w-d-xo.html
      Scholarships in Finland explained: th-cam.com/video/lyQL4NJwlWs/w-d-xo.html
      So Finnish universities (Aalto included) do not have country specific scholarships but rather all students who are liable to pay for tuition have to apply for the same scholarships that the universities offer (again, watch the videos above for an explanation). The scholarships, their size and the number of scholarships available depend on each school. Also, the exact requirements for being granted a scholarship is not public information and universities are not mandated to publish this info. So whatever you hear from web forums or e.g. Reddit should be always taken as hearsay.
      Aalto university itself has multiple different scholarship programmes. I explain all of them in detail in this old video (please note that the information might already be old): th-cam.com/video/x78pxrqxSek/w-d-xo.html
      However, when you apply to Aalto university you can be granted either a 100% or a 50% tuition fee waiver (scholarship). These only cover your tuition and they do not cover any living costs. So a 100% scholarship covers 100% of your tuition for the entire length of your studies while the 50% scholarship only covers half of your tuition. More information about these specific scholarships can be found here: www.aalto.fi/en/admission-services/scholarships-and-tuition-fees
      Please check out the videos i linked above. They will answer 90% of your questions regarding this topic. If you have any questions after watching them, id be glad to elaborate more on the topic.
      Also, if you are interested in learning more about studying and working in Finland, i do recommend that you join our Discord server. the idea of the server is to build a community of people interested in studying and working in Finland. On the server i post updates about future videos and live streams and we have a bit more personal dialogue between the subscribers and me. Hey and thanks for the question. Aalto University bachelors programme for International Business is located in the Mikkeli campus. All other business programmes are taught at the Otaniemi campus (which is officially in Espoo so in the city next to Helsinki).

      We dont really do MBA's so the right type of degree that you should look for is a Master's in Business or Economics (abbreviated as MSc)
