Dr. Moez Khakiani; MDS thanks for reply I am already seen you all video best regards from Germany. And I am sending your interested video to another dentist
very informative video... my question is sir what if the patient is having bridge from canine to canine since 10 years and which is not having canine guidance??
Vry helpful video sir..have learnt a lot from u sir can u plz upload a video on how to do composite or laminate on canine to make it canine guided....thanku.
Sir if we add composite in canine. Post teeth deocclude. Muscle relaxation done. But MIP may not be there. At that point do we need to do composites on occlusal surface of molars to compensate any space if we get, to achieve MIP
Great video, doc! What about abfraction lesion on Canines? Giving Canine guidance wouldn't that bend the neck of Canine more, hence giving abfraction lesions
Rushang Patel Great thought doc... for the same it's important to understand the way nature relaxes elevator muscles once canines provide posterior discussion... for more info I suggest you read the book by Dr. Pate4 Dawson titled TMJ to smile design... a must read for every dentist

@@DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbai sir how to get canine guidance?
Canine build up in both arches or just maxillary canine ? If patient feel interference at canine, how to deal with it?
I personally prefer maxillary where possible... Ensure its only on the tip and not in MIP... That way it does not interfere with the bite
@@DrMoezKhakianiMDSMumbai Thank you sir

Nope... When I say canine I mean the tip that has worn away... There should be no change in the MIP
Very informative video...
My query is...
How much is the role of faulty brushing technique as a cause of abfraction lesions??
Faulty brushing had a role in abrasion... abfraction is more an occlusal issue
Sir apka video bhut acha lga sir but metal ka crown preparation upload
Kryge to bhut abhari rhege
