Do we also need to register centric relation for a patient that is going to get a nightguard? The patient doesn’t have any cmd pain. Is just to protect the teeth from overload because they are periodontically weak. Sorry for my English. I hope what I wrote makes sense.

Good evening sir... In you video...when to CR... You said when you are preparing for FULL mouth rehabilitation then and then only you will be recording in CR ...what if I am not doing FULL mouth and only doing maxillary arch because of pt had root canal treated tooth almost like 10 tooth out of 14..and SEVERE ATTRITION ON MAXILLARY MOLARS... Do I need to raise the bite in such condition?

Yes... All FMR cases are treated at CR...
