I too make it exactly the same way , but minus carrot. Instead I use vendakya , cheriyulli, and sometimes potatoes .
In a previous video , Parvathy you had mentioned that you store cut muringya in the fridge.
Please may I know whether you keep it in the main compartment, or the freezer?
All those back ground sounds of peacocks ,cows, hens and cocks, and dogs add a lot of rustic charm to each video.
So nice to have neighbours who send you their vegetables and you in turn give them something equally nice. Caring neighbours.
Unlike , those who live in flats, who don't even give you a smile , or look the other way when you give them one of yours.
Culture is what naadan people are abundantly blessed with. And that makes a big difference to life.

സ്വപ്പു പറഞ്ഞു കേട്ടിട്ടും കണ്ടിട്ടും ണ്ട് വരുത്തരച്ച സാമ്പാറും മുരിങ്ങാക്കോൽ സാമ്പാറും. നമ്മുടെ ഇവിടേക്ക് വരുത്തരച്ച സാമ്പാർ ഇല്ല. സ്വപ്പേച്ചി പറഞ്ഞാണ് മുരിങ്ങക്കായ മാത്രം ഇട്ട് സാമ്പാർ വെക്കുമെന്ന് കേട്ടത്. ഉള്ളി സാമ്പാർ ഉണ്ട് ഇവിടെ, അധികം വെക്കാറില്ല. നമുക്ക് ഉള്ളി ഉരുളക്കിഴങ്ങ് തക്കാളി വെണ്ടക്ക ഇത്രേം ഇല്ലാത്ത സാമ്പാർ ഇല്ല. പിന്നെ കാരറ്റ് കുമ്പളങ്ങ വെള്ളരിക്ക ചേന ചേമ്പ് കായ വഴുതനങ്ങ മത്തങ്ങ അങ്ങനെ പലതും ചേർക്കും. എല്ലാതും ഇല്ല ഇതിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒക്കെ. പാലക്കാട് തൃശൂർ ഭാഗത്ത് പാവക്ക ചേർക്കും ന്ന് കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് വേറെ ഒരു ചാനലിൽ. ഇത്തവണ എന്തായാലും ഓണത്തിന് വരുത്തരച്ച സാമ്പാർ ഒന്ന് പരീക്ഷിക്കും❤
