Thanks for doing this all those years ago. I started getting in to RPG maker cause i had a bunch of time on my hands with all the craziness going on in the world. Its keeping me busy and productive and I have you to thank for being a great teacher. I sincerely thank you.

Thank you so much for this. I've seen other tutorials on parallax mapping but this series was so easy to understand, so informative! I can't wait to create more maps. Subscribed and looking forward to more tutorials.

Thanks so much, you're great at this! Making maps has always been my vice in RPG Maker but being able to have free reign over all of the elements looks so much nicer.

Still useful in 2021 lol. You are so thorough! Thank you so much! I was struggling with all the other tutorials. They all assumed you know something about it, but this was truly great for beginners!

These tutorials were wonderful. Helpful and clear for even a newcomer. You also have a very nice voice, was nice listening to it. :)

One question... does the front layer which overlaps players work with transparency? For example... having the player walk behind a partially transparent glass statue.

Yes I have been searching some time, been using mv since a week or so, but you are the one that thaught? learned? me! This is great! And your voice haha, you should do some asmr, softspoken. I always get sleepy halfway, and not because you are boring but purely your voice that makes me relaxed.

So...I'm doing a 30 day challenge to myself to work on a project for at least 3 hours a day for 30 days....and I'm creating with RPG maker MV. These videos have completely changed my idea of what this software can do and you have a real talent for teaching it. Thank you again....soooo much.

Good work, excellent tutorial. Keep it up. One of the bigger problems is that there were never enough detailed Parallax tutorials for new comers. You have fixed that an accomplished a great thing. I notice now that MV has come out it seems this "generation" has a lot more tutorials to help people.

Thanks a lot. This will really help me, I found regular mapping was lacking personnality. You changed my life forever.

You know I love this tutorial. A detailed interior parallax tutorial would be great. Maybe you could show shading and any other advanced tricks you know as well

Fantastic tutorials, I was looking to do a completely hand drawn style game and this has shown me how perfectly.

This was amazing! Really helps to make the map look completely different and smoother. Definitely do more of these and show off your art styles. Personally, I'd love to see how you do indoor scenes :)

Can you show how to extract a map that's too big to fit in one screen? I tried using the 1/2 image but the quality was lost

Good tutorial and well explained. A good visual atmosphere helps to attract the player.
