The more Handhelds i owned, i came to two conclusions: #1: Any Snapdragon CPU is superior to the Unisoc T618, but there's no HDMI-Out, no matter what. #2: Android on a Handheld only makes sense on devices with a screen 7" and above. You need a good resolution, too (800p or Full HD). Configuring Daijisho with Bezels, Emulators and Key settings takes days when done properly AND this is only "per device". No copying your hard work to another Handheld. So i only own one Android Handheld but 6 Linux-based ones.
Snapdragon CPU? This sounds promising. What uses that?! I need to try one. I’m still getting used to Android on handhelds.. the performance really impresses me but it may just be the CPU.
@@RetroZoltan The "hated-by-all-TH-camrs" Logitech G Cloud, that is. Not great for streaming, but get it used and use it for Retro Gaming. The Screen and Battery Life is amazing.

(I'm still weighing my options before it arrives tommorow)
How does daijsho improve game performance? I thought it just is a fancier front end? I installed the app on my RG405 and it won't open 😅 My screen corners pop out slightly - think the metal expands when it heats up and pops out , do you think it's worth going over the screen corners with clear super glue?
Daijisho has some automatic tweaking going on, but you can change emulators also to something better. I was pretty vague because I only messed with it a little bit. It won’t open?!! Whaaat? Really? I thought about super glue but I’m looking into some forums to see what the best method is. I’ll probably do a vid on it!
I’ll find out and post it soon! It looked great so I plan on playing it more. It was something like EA real racing? Ok it’s Real Racing 3 from EA games

well said, thank you so much! Honestly I wish I tested more PS2 games. I was shocked enough that GOW2 worked but I should have pushed it further. Has a list started up yet on what works/doesn't work for this, or was just this from your experience so far?

can't you just pirate them? pretty new to this whole emulation handheld scene and never really pirated Android apps but I'm pretty sure that's a thing (seen some android sections while I was out on the high seas) also who cares about spyware, it's a retro handheld not like you're gonna use it to send texts or do your banking or something XD
Thanks again my friend! And still loving that Miyoo + ! We've got the new onion os on it and it's running great! Thanks for the props once again!
Im so glad and your very welcome! Cheers!!
Great review man! Definitely getting a sub from me! Look forward to seeing more great videos 😁
Thank you so much!
Thanks for the warning about the screen. Going to stick with the rg353m for now, it has hdmi out :)
Good choice!

Can we download and play any game present on Play Store in Android based handheld console Anbernic 405M? Like Clash clans, temple run etc???
Oh yea definately

What can be done about the screen? Would glueing it work?
I’m not sure yet, stay tuned. I’m guessing some glues are safer then others.
I really like the grey/green color, personally. Wonder if they’ll ever release an OLED retro portable 🫨🫨
Also, yeah, the setup seems to be frustrating. I know I greatly appreciate when something just works. I get that.
It’s not TOO bad but it’s still something in the works to get it to work automagically. If you Bork your OS though I’m not sure what people can do?
Rg505 has an oled? It's the PS Vita screen I think. Correct me if I'm wwrong
How does it compare to all the others?
Which others? the 405 series?
which android racing game at 8:05?

Interesting fact... when you scale PSP on this not-ideal aspect ratio, the screen size you get is identical to the PSP Go
damn! i had no idea, so the psp go played stretched games?

I happen to have a hacked original and PSP GO .. its tempting to talk about them sometime. Personally nothing better than playing PSP games on a PSP!
Definitely looks green.
It’s so green!

I can't wait for the Samsung galaxy S24....

It can only play certain PS2 games so be aware, it won't run hitman blood money and many more titles so I wouldn't get this for PS2 or Wii

no, thank you!
That screen scared me off but looks awesome otherwise.
Yeah I’m not happy about the screen but eventually I’ll get to repair.
wow dat screen dude
Right? Still quite playable but scary!
Android/Ios apps/emulators sometimes cost money and are not free. That makes them instantly useless.
Also Android and Ios are spyware.
You bring up good points. Tempting to do a video on the difference.
