Great video Bill! Those are some really helpful tips on getting accurate cuts for the shelves. The last time I tried to do some cuts like that, it looked like my neighbor's kid did it. Good job!
This is old news to me I have a Mopar hardware store in the HFT storage boxes with some GM and ford...metric stuff mixed in. I rarely go to the hardware store for a bolt or nut or even a peice of steel cause I scrap therefore I live 😂. I take all rusty or dirty hardware and toss them in a large vibaratory tumbler with green plastic media and softscrub and overnight they come out like new sprayed with wd40 then allowed to dry and in the organizer they go for future use.... This not only saves time money and if you want original OEM hardware it the best way to go!... Not really a secret as my uncle taught me long ago as we walked down the street... He said John you see that bolt in the street you know how much that cost at the store go pick that up!.. And the rest is history... God rest your soul Uncle Richie!
I wish I was better at keeping and cleaning up old hardware, but all that tends to end up in a box or tub until I get tired of looking at it...but then inevitably I need one of those old bolts once I get rid of them. I like the idea of a tumbler to clean them up. I may have to start doing that
I was going to buy a tee shirt today but then I looked at the stock market....down 1000. I guess I am treating nickels like manhole covers until November.
