This deck as sooo much untapped potential, i play it with centur-ion ( never runick 😂) and its soo good at playing throughout soo much, and when azamina comes out this will be even stronger since the extra deck is soooo open. Great to see it more people on it
@@JamesHawnn runick is very solid, but you often times end up with more choke points where you need to get rid of more runick cards then you really want. Its still really good just not my personal favorite.
The thing i really love about white forest is how open the extra deck is and how you can play a variety of different spells. Not to mention to different variations of white forest
I managed to get some decent prices cause I picked up basically the whole deck on prerelease day lol, but its gonna be about 30 for each elzette and 24ish for each astellar. You can maybe try and trade for some stuff at your locals too. I have high rarity of most stuff lol, but other than that you can get away with being fairly budget imo.

You cry and rip up the shifter. XD LOL. But seriously, it is extremely difficult to play like the other top decks too. Shifter hurts a lot of decks rn. My best play would be to normal silvy and search for woes so I have a book of eclipse on my opponents turn. I'm also now playing thrust to set other stuff too. You can also choose to play crossouts and a called by which I have tried also.
Great deck overall. Only changes I'd make would be evenly for droll or bystials in main, also I'd probably cut the prosperity for rota and azurune and play silhouhatte rabbit and bagooska side so that you don't automatically fold on shifter etc. great stuff man, keep it up!
Thanks! Yeah I'm not loving evenly in the main but I don't hate it either. One of the positives about evenly is that its a trap and can be a discard for combo in hands that are weird. When I was playing droll and more monster handtraps, I'd often get hands with no spells or traps to combo with, but meta wise, I think i would ideally prefer that yeah. I wanna fit bystials in the main too but idk what to cut yet. I'm reluctant to cut prosp but I may end up doing it cause like I say its not amazing. rota is defo a possibility but I just sold my QCR :( haha. I might also try to add the rabbit which I do already have, I just don't like having the extra brick in the deck. I was playing adventure spright before this which runs like 7 bricks lmao so im a little traumatized from that haha. We will see though. Anyway thanks for the kind words and advice! I appreciate it!
@@magmatrooper949 huh, we play similar decks it seems. I picked up spright after the BLTR and it is AMAZING. I'm loving the swap frog + mirror mage shenanigans. Sure you run bricks but you can play with them. Also don't forget, azurune is still a trap, you can discard and add it back at any point. Also a great reason to run bystials is dis pater which is an insane card. Personally I don't run the synchro 10 package (although I see why many people like it) and I opt for a more mid-rangeish approach where I try to make a standard board and then try to win the game by interacting as much as possible. I'm not trying to combo really hard and then get blown out, which I figured this deck can absolutely fall victim to, sometimes. Also, might I suggest apollousa? I run immortal + genex zero, but you can also make apo with 4 mats extremely easily and still be able to combo off normally, Nibiru shouldn't be an issue in this deck most of the times. What I really struggle with is droll and shifter, which is why I'm liking babagooska a lot.

Very clean deck. Are there any decks that you think Whitewoods does particularly well against? What advice do you have for someone wanting to pick up this deck
I think the cool thing about this deck is that it is really good at going first against really any deck. I think my advice is to try and layer the types of interactions you have with your opponent. Because you can end on negates and pops with your monsters as well as an omni negate trap and woes which can give you a book of eclipes, your opponent can't just drop a dark ruler and turn off everything, so having the cards you can set as interruptions as well as monsters on field is important. I appreciate it! While the fiendsmith cards are obviously busted, it doesn't really solve anything for the deck. It would mainly just take up more non engine slots and extra deck slots and the deck would lose even harder to droll imo. Im not saying defo don't play it, but I just don't like it imo. Also if I had the fiendsmith cards I'd much rather try them in a different deck tbh haha. Still, the cards are strong af and at locals you might be able to wreck a little havoc lol.
It would be so funny to me if people started playing foolish burial goods in this deck to send cards like skill drains, D-barrier etc. to just add it back with the level 8 synchro. I know that it's not good but it would still be funny to me XD
haha I've legit been thinking about doing that even for the lol's for one of my locals recently. Don't know if i'll end up doing it but it has definitely crossed my mind XD

No. This isn't a centurion build, so there would be no point. I'm not playing any level 12s to even target with crimson. If you wanted to play cosmic blazar, you'd pretty much need to play the centurion version which I'm not a fan of tbh. The version also gets a lot worse if calamity gets banned, so I like sticking with what I've got for now.
@magmatrooper949 yea I frogot that you can't target Crimson dragon itself for it's effect. Without centurion it's better to let him out. I saw a decklist with white woods/tenpai for going first and second. What do you think about them combined?

If you want better board breakers, trade evenly for forbidden droplets. For more hand traps, go with Droll.
