I miss doing that. I could do all of that. It was my drug back in the day. I got high off of doing that. I’m 46 now and my back, knees and ankles curse me daily for the abuse I put them through years ago. Sometimes I wish I should have just stuck with swimming! Lol

That's cool kicking, but in Capoeira we can do combo kicks and either roll out of it, do a cartwheel or a Macaco.
Mega! When I see something like that, I immediately feel like doing martial arts again.🤩 Unfortunately, for health reasons, I can't do it anymore.😭
