He had a will ..most likely. but those things have a way of disappearing sometimes, or getting altered or whatever in many estates/ situations. so who knows?
That's what they say, how do we know that's true, Prince seems to have everything in order, no will ? I question that.
@@bevalee1533 i believe it had one also i just think the city/state just wanna make money off him with that paisley park place and they are...and sometimes o believe jealousy play a big part too cause him and the half sister didn't really get along and she know that he didn't leave her anything he left it all to Tyka Nelson his other sister and his half sister is like well if i can't get it noone will she rather the state /city have it she found that will cause Prince seemed like he was organized look at the albums, he wrote his own music so iam sure he wrote his own will,i really miss him i love me SOME PRINCE AND HE'S DEFINITELY MISSED😪😪

the Park was left open for three days with people walking in and out of it carrying papers out of it.. right after he had been found deceased. The premise was not shut down ... guarded .. watched... nothing.
Fams/ fans driving by were commenting back then about people walking out of the Park carrying papers and who knows what all else.
there was a lot of talk about unrelated people wanting to get was in the vault.
A lot of insanity.
But, I wonder if one of those schemers wasn't behind or wasn't suggesting to switch the Estate trust to that extremely corrupt Comerica bank. They are experts in embezzlement. I hated to hear that that was done. That experience will be a thing of trouble, problems, headaches and even terror if Tyka wises up and catches on. Been there done that in my own life. What a living hell I went through to end up penniless.
Ironically when I was going thru that war and living hell, I was talking with Prince online quite frequently back then. He even wrote a song for me about my dad (stepdad actually) that had passed. So sweet of him to do that ..except .. my stepdad was done in by his doctor but what could I say? I couldn't talk about it. I was so hurt. What a grievous time. And a living hell.
I'm so hurt and so sorry that Prince has passed.

I am a fanatical Prince fan of his stage persona, but I believe at times he had overlapping romantic relationships before and during his marriages. So imaginably having those beautiful homes created feelings of void and loneliness for Mayte and Manuela.
Anissha Blackwell He was a genius but he worked hard his whole life which im sure left them alone a lot. Mayte was dancing until after they got married so she was no longer always on the road with him & was at home dealing with their loss while he dealt with it throwing himself into his work & touring fir Emancipation.
Manuela spent many a lonely nights in this home. You can hear the referance he makes to Bridle Path in the song *Say My Name*. Prince suffered greatly with the loss of Amir. Not to make out like he was out on the road and Mayte was all alone. He had to deal with taking the child off Life Support and having cremation done. He did what he could for his own well being and was getting back to his music. EVERYONE handles grief differently

I don't know why people want this "mansions". They're not homes ! they're just for show. When your home looks like a museum then it's not a home. Prince didn't have a home. He traveled the world full time anyway.

Cindy Sancinito This house was put up for sale by Prince in 2006 and according to the neighbors Prince hardly used it and she was living in a townhouse in Toronto; this dumb girl got nothing in the divorce. If you read the US Immigration laws after 9/11 terrorists attacks in New York during the Bush Cheney Administration and divorce laws; then you know this to be true. She never got this house nor anything else but the $250,000 ( the maximum amount a head of household can gift a non citizen dependent/ child in a tax year) settlement gift from Prince because Prince owed her nothing in the divorce; she was his mistress of 1998 , purposely destroyed his first marriage, was dirt poor, had zero kids for him and brought nothing to the marriage to build wealth for him. She wasn't an American citizen so she has zero rights in America as a spouse; the government recognizes her a non citizen dependent or Prince's household instead and by her actually living in a separate household as Orin e did since 2002; she technically was considered single even married on paper only. Prince always resided in his homes in Minnesota and Manuela was not allowed to be in those homes with him unless he was on the premises to watch her; she was a thief and con artist who would not leave the marriage when Prince ask her to in 2002 so he lived in a townhouse rental in Minnesota until she was evicted. Prince bought the Toronto house in late 2003 and purposely move Manuela back to Toronto in order to officially exit the relationship from her. He still resided in Minnesota and only visited Toronto home. He tour the entire year of 2004 for the Musicology Tour and then in January 2005 he moved himself to LA into that huge 3121 bacholer party pad where he began publicly dating other women. Manuela was locked out of his homes in America shortly after that and all her incoming phone calls to him were blocked by Prince, he then placed a permanent FBI complaint on her for extortion.. She threatened his life and never left him nor his first wife alone even 2015 and 2016 when she was harassing Prince and people around him for money.In 2004/2005, she chasing another already married to someone else man named Eric Benet and was his mistress just like she was for Prince so Prince teamed up with Eric than wife Halle on national TV in May 2005 while Halle was publicly divorcing cheating Eric. Halle , who was wealthy like Prince whereas Eric was a broke bum like Manuela, gave Eric a new house she bought in LA during the the divorce under the stipulation that he would get out of her life A list Hollywood life ASAP. Prince went through that divorce with Halle and they remained close friends until his death. Prince never had to give Manuela a home because Halle gave Eric and her that free home in which they still live in rent free to this day. Manuela was owed nothing by Prince because she also was the individual who got his NPG Music Club website into the huge copyright lawsuit which took it down forever as well as getting his music business into other lawsuits. She is an ignorant girl with law morals who Prince created a fake public charity worker image for after he gave her cosmetic surgery on her gave to make her look better ( because she was po, extremely mal nourished and skinny looking and booger looking) because she had a bad reputation in Canada and Minnesota for basically being a crazy slut. She is Arab and only speaks the Arab language other than English to( hence her needing the facial surgery to hide her Arab facial features) so she has been about her ethnicity go obviously be in America and get American citizen after 9/11 just like so many illegals or Arab domestic terrorists like her tried to do by way of Canada for many years now.

DERP DERP DERPPY DERP I personally knew it as well as many other individuals..It was common knowledge in certain communities and demographics in which Prince toured in or hung around off stage back then. Prince toured just about every year in the sane cities for decades so he had friends all over the US and we all knew time he wanted to get rid of the con artist ,stalker , Arab/ non American citizen Manuela ( in late 2002 when it was over for him and he was already seeing other people) and when he was looking for someone new because Prince very publicly complained about her and takes about how he could divorce that nutcase since he already saw that she was crazy and clingy and would purposely disrupt his life and music career for many years ( which she did and Prince was so right about her especially after her Arab + after the 2000 9/11 terrorists attacks and new TSA and Immigration legislation in the US- non American citizen begin with no rights in the US dragged out a closed divorce case - in which the American citizen Prince won and closed the case out by himself with zero attorneys needed- for 4 years straight and still never left him nor Mayte alone) to come all because he didn't want her no more. Plus a lot of people back then didn't even know that Prince was married because we all saw Mayte with him on stage an entire decade prior. Plus it is public court records in Minnesota that Manuela was living alone in the Minnesota townhouse in 2002 and 2003 and she got evicted and the the landlord throw her stiff in the trash. Prince then immediately moved her non citizen , most likely illegal alien behind back home to Canada near her parents ( purposely away from him and his business in Minnesota) where he has already told his friends that he planned to leave her in order to officially exit the relationship from her for good. Which he did because in 2003 he wrote Musicology and did a year long 2004 tour for Musicology and he moved himself into his bachelor party pad in LA in January 2095 time the Musicology tour was over at the end of that year. He moved to the 3121 house after that and purposely didn't go back to Minnesota nor Canada where he left Manuela high and dry of course because he knew that she was a stalker and he needed that long distance physically away from her. US Immigration helped also because she couldn't enter the country or sneak in illegally like she was doing in 1998, 1999, and 2000 when she stole Mayte identification from her and Prince's home to walk around in Minnesota near the Canadian border without permission from the US government first. After he moved to the 2121 home and was very publicly dating other women in LA, had then on the red carpet with him and at huge press conferences with him in 2005 and after ( there is plenty of pics and videos put proving this stiff) Prince blocked all of Manuela's incoming phone calls after he files a permanent FBI complaint on her for extortion and she also threatened his life, he didn't go back to Minnesota to live for years afterthat. He toured Asia with his new protege and band and then moved directly from LA to Las Vegas with protege, Australian Twinz Dancers and band where he stayed for some years and met Shelby J ( his back up singer) for the first time. His personal assistant from 2005, 2006 even went on public radio in the summer of 2016 to verify that Prince blocked Manuela from his life and all of her phone calls and moved on with his life. Manuela who couldn't legally contact Prince anymore without a third party present due the obvious , the FBI complaint has been behind closed doors not only placing various media ads on herself in connection to Prince full of inaccurate information but she has harassing that assist and or anyone connected to Prince or on good terms with Prince ( which included Mayte) to get tgen to speak on her behalf and get then to get Prince to give her more. Prince was very public about his disassociation from Manuela because he knew that she was a pathological liar and only wanted money and fame for no reason considering she never worked ( finished school in 1998 and immediately came to Minnesota/ America illegally to chase Prince and to disrupt his marriage by and I quote " by any means" necessary) and never had a talent unlike all other Prince girls who all worked. All the information came from Prince including how Manuela was giving him blow jobs in Paisley Park while he was married to Mayte. The 2005 court issued protection orders against Manuela ( after she threatened Prince constantly) are public court records in America for US taxpayers just like pepper eviction notices are. And she was evicted in 2003 in Minnesota and evicted and blocked from breaking into to Princes home in Minnesota in 2005.She could not go onto Princes properties without permission or being watched by him or someone while on the premise first and she was sneaking across the American border again in 2005 to go through Princes stuff and steal so he blocked her out of there and Paisley Park forever in 2005. He also purposely demolitioned his house in Minnesota not too long after that because he didn't want her trying to go there again ( she need to stay in her country of citizenship and where he left her in Canada two blocks from her parents apartment) and he need it anyway, had his apartment in Paisley and lived other places away from Minnesota during that time. Prince also wrote that hit song staying that Manuela was complete waste of his time, that sing almost won an award. Her nickname was the Devil until the end and Vanity told Prince in the late 1990s that Manuela was demon and she saw his death if he allowed Manuela around his life, Vanity was so right about Manuela .She not only terrorized Prince through the 2000s and disrupted the his music career but in 2010 when she could no longer mess with him anymore, she immediately ran to Mayte to mess with her and try to blocked or disrupt her connection to and the preplanned reconnect / reunion to Prince ( which Prince publicly talked about in that 2000 New York City media conference ). Prince still had Mayte wedding ring on his possession at the time of death for that reunion and according to his bank and estate executor it was the most expensive piece of jewelry he owed in his estate at the time of death. As of 2017 Prince's friends Jay Z and Beyonce who knew the truth and were literally around Prince when he blocked Manuela from his life, finally took a public jab at Eric Benet concerning his cheating on his the wife, Halle, while Manuela and other women were his mistresses of 2004/2005 time period.. Eric basically ruined his life by cheating on Halle and they had a very public 2005 divorce as a result of it with Prince publicly supporting Halle throughout it all ( Halle then in turn supported Prince through his divorce from Manuela since Manuela would not leave him alone nor truly move on ) Jay Z for a hit 2017 tap song out of laughing at the issue because so many people knew what went down already. Also that year 2017 Mayte as well as others, have permanently blocked Manuela from come around them as well since they have call learned the truth about her and what she did to Prince and Mayte. Manuela still delusionally is trying to pretend like she was on good terms with Prince when the groupie and obviously uneducated, bon citizen Arab girl doesn't understand what a permanent FBI/ government complaint or American laws mean. She makes herself look like a fool among educated individuals and Princes true friends at the end of his life ( which he put into his life time he blocked her forever and are all educated and in a leadership category of sorts) , every time she goes public to try to connect herself to him.

I did hear that he had demo his house in Minnesota ...but what I heard was that she had won it in court so he had it taken apart piece by piece and had it dumped on her front lawn somewhere. I wasn't sure it that was mani or mayte though. and it was a lot of years ago when I heard something about that.
