I have only been in 2 years so I don’t really have any vision into big Air Force or their thoughts or intentions, so I just go about my day and do the work I’m told to do. I work as a crew chief on the tankers like the KC-135 and KC-46, which are the sky gas stations, in a sense, that get our fighters and other aircraft across the pond. Having said that, I am apart of the essential personal group, meaning that if shit gets rough and rowdy, I’m out there on the flightline trying to get the planes ready and up in the air so they can fight the fight, even if there’s a nuke or something headed right towards us. So what I’m trying to say with all that I have said is that in basic training they get you ready to put down your life for your country and people if need be. Slime talking about the Air Force song just brought me back to the good times I had in basic with my brothers.

To be fair to slime, I'm also one of those kids that had really early development, so i believe him about the word search. My mom has told me that by the time i was 1, i was learning how to walk, speaking with correct tense in sentences (eg. "I'm going outside" rather than "I go outside"), and solving children's jigsaw puzzles. Apparently i was quite the early developer in terms of puzzle solving and motor skills, but i also didnt get potty traiend until i was like 3 or 4, so you win some you lose some i guess.
I can't lie I'd go to the movie camp willingly. I have a huge list of movies to watch but I watch TH-cam such as the yard podcast and then run out of time. One full memory is somewhere around year 2 or 3 of school (so age 6-8), with my friend mocking these girls in the year below us for saying they were fairies. Another memory is the same age range (cant be any more specific but I remember our primary school split our playgrounds into reception - year 3 and year 4-6 and the fact there were children at least 2 years younger than us in the younger playground, it must be year 2-3) is this kid in the year below me chasing me and trying to bite me. We actually became good friends years later, as he went to my high school too and my friends brother was his friend so we sorta bridged the year groups. Another memory is being mocked by my friends for saying I came out of my mums bum because thats what my mum told me, as opposed to everyone else saying they came out of their mum's tummy. Strange how they were so sure you couldn't come out of the butt and yet none of us knew what a vagina was. I think this may have been year 3 so probably later memory than the other 2.
I remember having to sing the military anthems in second grade. They were fire. My favorite was the marine one. Also, my little brother did the same thing with jumping on the couches and hitting his head on the coffee table. Good times

Of course the military aims to desensitize soldiers and such - I just think people likely react to that in different ways and I wanted to hear how this person conceptualised it all. To be fair to slime, I'm also one of those kids that had really early development, so i believe him about the word search. My mom has told me that by the time i was 1, i was learning how to walk, speaking with correct tense in sentences (eg. "I'm going outside" rather than "I go outside"), and solving children's jigsaw puzzles. Apparently i was quite the early developer in terms of puzzle solving and motor skills, but i also didnt get potty traiend until i was like 3 or 4, so you win some you lose some i guess.
How do you go through 27 years of life and had never heard of "entombed" as a word? It's in hundreds of games, books, and movies.
I can't lie I'd go to the movie camp willingly. I have a huge list of movies to watch but I watch TH-cam such as the yard podcast and then run out of time. It would be nice to just watch all the cult classics and have them done, plus I'd get a group of people who also presumably haven't seen them rather than friends half spoiling everything as it happens.
Edit: new memory unlocked. I didnt think I had any memories of both me and my sister in the younger playground but I do because her friends knew my surname but I didnt even know their first names and a lot of it is probably reconstructed but I remember the area of the playground this took place and I remember vaguely the friend that started it and one specific tree. My sister is 2 years older than me so to both be in the same playground it wouldve been either reception or year 1, so age 4-6.
At 32:27 when they're talking about memories I have the exact same thing that Slime mentions. There is a picture perfect memory in my head of when I thought that exact same idea of "What if everything from now is a dream and this is where I wake up?" I remember everyone that was in the room, what was happening, what I was doing, what the room looked like. I was also around 3-4
I also have like "save points" where I stop and think "I will remember this moment in the future and come back to it" and it's a line of those for however long I can remember.

My oldest memory is one of several early memories I have, but I dont know exactly when each one fell so I can't say which came first.
One 'memory' which is definitely first would be nursery but I literally remember sitting in a long yellow room with a toy, I dont remember details on the walls and stuff nor what toy i had so I dont really count it.
One full memory is somewhere around year 2 or 3 of school (so age 6-8), with my friend mocking these girls in the year below us for saying they were fairies.
Another memory is the same age range (cant be any more specific but I remember our primary school split our playgrounds into reception - year 3 and year 4-6 and the fact there were children at least 2 years younger than us in the younger playground, it must be year 2-3) is this kid in the year below me chasing me and trying to bite me. We actually became good friends years later, as he went to my high school too and my friends brother was his friend so we sorta bridged the year groups.
Another memory is being mocked by my friends for saying I came out of my mums bum because thats what my mum told me, as opposed to everyone else saying they came out of their mum's tummy. Strange how they were so sure you couldn't come out of the butt and yet none of us knew what a vagina was. I think this may have been year 3 so probably later memory than the other 2.
