Thank you for the video, can you please tell how long should a person wait before applying for a change of status, I heard waiting for 2-3 months is a good idea as it gives indication that the person did not come to USA with a dual intent.

i entered US in F2 status and applied for change of status to F1 and got approved and did my 3 semester in the college Latter i went to my country and My F1 visa was rejicted and now i have entered US in B1 how can I now change to F1.

Hey I am on J-1 and i want to change my visa to j-2. I have few questions it would b helpful if you guide me. My j-1 visa upto june end.
1. what is best approach to get j2
either by applying chnage of visa status through uscis or go back to country and done the visa stamp
2. i am just worried if my i-539 is pending nd my i-94 will expired. then over stay will effect me when i am reentering.
if i am going back india when should i go for visa stamp during my j-1 valid or after expired
