Thanks so much for sharing this video, this is my life in a nutshell. I previously majored in Secondary Education with Emphasis in Math, I changed my major my Junior year to Psychology Behavioral Health and Mental Disorders which is my current Major. This is my Senior year, but I want to change my Major to Special Education and my current Advisor is trying to talk me into sticking with Psychology. I'm thinking about changing Schools and just going a extra year. Your story gave me that Boost I needed.💕

I’m a student suffering in STEM field and my mind is 200% sure and ready to change my major and even move to another country. It’s a difficult decision for me too but the most difficult part is convincing the parents!! Could you share about that part too? Like how to deal with the family?
Haha! I've always wanted to make a video like that - talking to my parents about it was the most challenging part. I think the best thing you can do is come prepared, have a career plan/goal attached to the new major you are choosing, and candidly share how you are suffering! No parent wants to see their child suffer terribly, even if they are feeling disappointed you are not staying in a STEM major. I've learned that part of growing up is having tough and uncomfortable conversations - even with those you love.
