Any idea about Prestige Crysta Airfryer 4.5L ... I am getting the same at Rs 5100 from distributor.
Above 210°C there's a chance of non stick coating breakage and incoming fumes aren't good for health..hence most air fryers cautiously avoid it..

You have not mentioned the issues. The Philips has the basket inside a basket. Which is easy to wash but dangerous to fall out of the outer basket. It has a complex lock mechanism. Others don't have double baskets. They have a base plate. But that plate comes out while pouring out the content and falls on your hand.
So which one to go for?

Do some air fryers require us to take the basket out, shake the contents and put it back, for even cooking? I saw this Shake indicator feature in Billord which confused me a bit, and Phillips talks abt some 360 degree air for even cooking!
Hi, yes Philips has 360 degree air frying as they have space at the bottom too for air to flow unlike some other air fryers. But a quick shake may give you a better consistency in frying.

Nowadays, people are shifting away from aluminum and non-stick cookware due to the release of harmful toxins, and are opting for stainless steel, cast iron, or clay vessels instead. While the health benefits are the main reason for switching to an air fryer, if it uses non-stick components, does it still remain healthy? This seems to undermine the entire purpose.
True and a reason why i’m also hesitant to extensively use it. You can instead use air fryer ovens or convection ovens to get almost similar results.

No, can't use stainless steel. You can use oven safe glass or ceramic instead.
