This Escape Works Great! Jiu Jitsu

Choke Escape Two Hand Choke: This is another way to look at the Wall Pin Escape taught in Gracie Jiu jitsu by using it as an Escape from a Two Hand Choke. There is another escape as well in the Gracie curriculum for this type of choke escape but I think The Wall Pin Escape works great in this scenario. There's a bit of an Action / Reaction going on in this move so it will take some drilling to make it yours. Tighten your neck, get a good base and action / reaction
