Friends from Afar | Young Americans Study and Exchange at Wenzhou-Kean University

In response to President Xi Jinping's goal of drawing 50,000 American students to visit China, Wenzhou-Kean University is implementing the "Five One Strategy" to attract at least 500 American students for study and exchange within five years, realizing the goal of 1% of American youth coming to China. Since its establishment in 2014, WKU has exchanged more than 1,700 students with Kean University, providing opportunities for young people from both sides to explore cultural differences, break down silos and foster bilateral friendship.
