Her mother had left her alone with the Roman, to take photos. He promised her mother, he could further her career. It was a month or two later, when charges were filed by the girl's mother against Roman. He claimed that some people who didn't like him, convinced the girl's mother to file charges against him. He spent, I think it was 90 days in jail, before his lawyers were able to get him released on bail. He jumped bail and went to Europe, because he was looking at a long jail sentence. Apparently, he had angered many powerful people in Hollywood and what he did to right things, was not acceptable to many of them. I no way condone what he did to that young girl. I think it was terrible!!
