The overacting and sound effects of these old king fu movies is what makes them so lovable. They are not meant to be taken seriously. They are pure escapism where the villain will always get his/her comeuppance from the hero in some way over the top death scene. I absolutely love them!

I heard Jackie Chan stopped doing his own stunts after nearly dying multiple times. The last full "stunt" he did - not sure what movie it was - two tractor trailors were being smashed together and he had to athleticly wall jump between them and get on the roof of one of the trailers, and almost fell back in. When the trailers hit each other his head was ~1 inch from the gap and it would have killed him for sure.

Before this fight scene in the movie "Snake in Eagle's Shadow", Jackie's character saw his pet cat fighting and killing a cobra so he developed a fighting style based off that and integrated it into his Snake style kung fu. So whenever he's using the Cat style kung fu, they use the cat noise.
The best part about this is that this man has more than enough life left in him to scream at the top of his lungs only to immediately die a fraction of a second later.

Before this fight scene in the movie "Snake in Eagle's Shadow", Jackie's character saw his pet cat fighting and killing a cobra so he developed a fighting style based off that and integrated it into his Snake style kung fu. So whenever he's using the Cat style kung fu, they use the cat noise.
Never did I think I'd read a movie synopsis that ridiculous.

Looks to me like the only thing he witnessed was his cat having sex and incorporated that style and mainly the sound into his fighting style

What the director must have prompted these actors to get the sheer amount of emotion they display is beyond my cognition.

That did not disappoint. The video was exactly what the title said it was going to be.
The best part about this is that this man has more than enough life left in him to scream at the top of his lungs only to immediately die a fraction of a second later.

Remember when movies could be like this and nobody even cared? Now everybody cries if one little thing isn't up to their ridiculous standards.
