Healthy carbs, healthy proteins, healthy fats along with boiled vegetables and fruits based on your daily calorie needs should help. Always talk to you doctor and nutritionist. How not to die is a good book to read. Atomic Habits is a good book as well. These should help.

      Yes brother. Manaki suit ayye vidhamga diet ni modify cheskovaali. Appude long time sustain cheyyagalam. Results gurenteed.
      My diet plan:
      1. Morning breakfast:boiled overnight soaked ground nuts and Chana, along with soaked dry fruits.
      2. Lunch without fries. Dal, curry, rasam, curd.
      3. Dinner: beetroot and carrot boiled with raw cucumber or coconut flesh.
      Important point no snacking apart from above 3 time meals.
      With above diet change I have reduced from 74 kg to 71 kg within 2 to 3 weeks.
      My ideal weight required is 68 I a. Making good progress. Please dont doubt it works. Your plan need not be same but find what suits you.
