two weeks from today - november 6th - midnight's edge in the morning - going to be the BEST FREAKING episode in the channel's HISTORY. getcha popcorn ready, folks...
That actress from the Wicked movie is just really, really hard to look at. Her face on the poster won't help ticket sales. Her voice is making things worse. But then again, this could be another Barbie situation where women will come out in force because it appeals to them. I hope it does well for all involved, but the actress isn't helping.
I don't think I'll ever understand why there's so much hate for 2049. No one expected it to be better than the original but it's still a solid sequel that was respectful to the source material. ... and given the world we live in today, we should be grateful we even got that. I know I'd rather it a million times over anything from Aliens/Terminator/Star Wars/Trek/Predator/etc of late.
1:11:01 But didn't Sean Connery's contract for *_The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen_* (2003)-which butchered the Alan Moore and Kevin O'Neill classic *_"The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Volume One_* (2000)-explicitly dictate that *the film had to have* _the biggest practical explosion ever filmed_ (at the time) 😅! How could it possibly fail with such a stunt 🤦♂?
Tom's view of Blade Runner is nearly as bad as André's opinion on the Beatles lol. It's funny, every streamer I like on YT has some take on something that makes me go "WTF??"

She even went after Ariana Grande, who responded with class and sweetness.

I saw it at the cinema and loved it. Only found out years later how divisive it was 🤷
