      @@jaztin7960 Court Bias are in favor of mothers compared to fathers because most of the time (i.e. statistically fathers are more abusive and drunk compared to mothers.) so in court when a mother says that the father was drunk and abusive they would believe them in comparison to if a father tells them that about the mother they would require the evidence.
      Edit: By this statement i meant how mothers could lie about the father being drunk and abusive to win custody of a child. In comparison if a father were to genuinely say it (ie if its true) they wouldn’t just accept the answer instantly. This is what i meant when i was replying to the comment. My wording is bad. Then after Tay went viral, the dad called it out (rightly so, this isn't healthy for a child), started a case and won it. Apparently the judges agreed with him more than the opposition (the mom). Then Tay disappeared from social media. If the dad wanted to make money off of her, she would've probably posted more videos. Whilst I think it's sometimes questionable - I really don't think it's abuse. Like he said, she's 9 - and kids grow pretty fast. There was no context also to how ripped or damaged the clothes were like narrator said. Ripped could mean she fell over and got her jeans slightly ruffled at the knees.. but they showed no evidence or even explained it, her brother isn't exactly the most honest person either.
      It sucks a 9 year old has to suffer through all this - but it wasn't aided by social media, instead probably made worse. Lil Tay was absolutely CLOWNED on by grown adults for years and she very much knew about it too. The girl was abused, that's for certain - but by who is still not known I guess. Her mother truly isn't a parental figure though.
      But in regards still to the clothes if the case was real, then yeah - I think MAYBE it could be odd.. but I really think kids just grow too fast to afford spending hundreds on clothes they grow out of in months or so.

    I see sunny v2 is the current twitch trend, it's nice to see him get the recognition he deserves.

    • @ThwipThwipBoom
      @ThwipThwipBoom 2 ปีที่แล้ว +84

      It's his channel so he can do what he wants, but I think he has a bad habit of letting his own bias lower the quality of parts of his videos. Like the video he made about Ninja and claimed that his career was dying and he is irrelevant now despite the fact that Ninja's career is actually growing right now and he averages around 25K viewers a stream. It'd be best if Sunny just stuck to reporting facts and tried to leave emotion out of his vids.

    • @Andrew-xo6hl
      @Andrew-xo6hl 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@ThwipThwipBoom Its the reason his vids are popular, a little bit of click bait here, a little bit of exaggeration here gets the views. Also with ninjas career growing, its not really growing if hes just trying to get back to where he was. If you have 100k viewers average, fall to 10k viewers, and then you climb back up to 25, I wouldnt call that career growth, thats just trying to get back to where you were.

      @@Andrew-xo6hl Going from 100k to 10k to 25k is still not dying career. Even having an average of 10k is really good

      To be honest he did one of someone I know and his information is not as accurate which is fine it’s hard to dig up the stuff he has to get but his videos are entertaining to watch I think he just needs some people helping him getting the right info as much as possible probably getting that info is hard as hell though

    I think lil Tay is a good example of why kids videos just shouldn't be public. She's just a kid acting out her dream of being rich by flexing her parents money, but instead of learning her lesson the way children should, she became hated by literally millions of people, she got recognised publicly and shamed even after it was revealed things like how she filmed with her mum's clients property or something instead of even just her parents stuff. Wether it was her idea, her brothers idea, or her father's idea, I saw videos of people recognising her on the street and she tries to hide her face and run away because she is still just a young girl, she shouldn't have as much attention as she did.

Even if she did enjoy this or want to do it she is not an adult and her family should have been there to tell her its wrong. They used her to make money instead

    This whole thing makes no sense. Both her parents already have good jobs with I assume, a good income. There was no reason to start this whole thing in the first place. Like Congrats you're now more rich at the expense of your child's life. Who wins? You don't NEED the extra money and now you have people genuinely hating your daughter while putting her under immense pressure. Just like a normal life ffs.
