I'm in my 77th year and I'm making sure that I live my wonderful life each day. Many of my friends and relations haven't lived to reach their 70's so it is up to me to live consciously and not waste this precious time I have on this earth. Thank you, Trish. Yes, strive to be happy! I will be 72 in September. Like Pearl said above, I have friends who never made it to this age, so I plan to make the most of every day. I teach chair yoga classes and have wonderful role models in their 80s and even 90s! We can do this!

I love your videos! ❤ 60 is a big number. I loved my 50's, and am enjoying the 60s. (I'm 62). My 50s were all about really coming into my own, I'm finding my 60s are about acceptance and being okay and not giving any effs. 😂😂

I will be 62 this year, and had to also make healthy choices. It’s time one’s body forces you to re-evaluate your dietary intake, to stay clear from unhealthy intake and to feed my body with healthy nutritional food. I also felt a big decline in energy levels and noticed it with my husband too. Our bodies are aging and there is no escape from it. My motto is to take time for self care, nourish my body, hair and skin, stay positive, be tolerant, and stay focussed in the moment. Find peace and harmony and let go of the outworn and outdated emotions. You will enjoy your new cycle, and a simple rites of passage will help to embrace this new stage of your life. Trish, I know exactly how this feels. My fiance has had some pretty tough diagnosis the last few years and it has been hard to get him to chance and I myself, am not in the best of health either and I have been having a hard time changing as well. I also have my birthday in June and I will be 55. My fiance will be 57 in June as well. This really hot home for me and I wanted to thank you for being so kind, caring and generous with the things happening in your life. I am sending you as much love and blessings to you and your husband as I can. I hate to hear you have such a hard time with this video. Your an AMAZING PERSON and you WILL BE HAPPY IN YOUR 60'S!! NOONE DESERVES IT MORE!! Just know that you are not alone in how your feeling and if you ever need someone to talk to, I AM ALWAYS HERE!!! I PROMISE to strive to be happy just as you said. I know how you feel. Getting older is weird. It makes me wonder what my parents must have felt like. They never expressed that they had feelings about it, or maybe I wasn't paying attention because I was too busy being young.
