Well done finishing Hoola!!! I love your patience and persistence with the products!!! I'm having a hard time with some of the products that I try to pan and I get very frustrated some times...
The frustration is real- I have it all the time. If it helps to take small breaks, sometimes that's what I'll do or especially with Hoola I constantly reminded myself every use is progress even if I can't see it right now. I go through those rollercoasters all the time but I now realize that for the times I get irritated with myself or with that product, within a short time I will like it or love the way my makeup looks with it so the rough patches are easier to get through.
So cool to see an empty Hoola! A friend of mine hit pan on in with in 1-2 months, crazy how fast you can hit pan on a product when it's holy grail. Hoping to pick it up when I finish panning my Hourlgass Ambient Lighting Bronzer, which will probably take me a while haha. Good luck with your panning! 😊

+Amber F I adore the formula. I personally find it a bit orange for me since I am fairly pale. However, it blends beautifully and I find that it warms up my completion well. Looks beautiful in the summer 😊 Has just the right amount of shimmer!

The color of the Revlon is pinkier but I think I'll be ready to take a break from the matte liquid for a bit. Must put the NYX on my list to eventually try. I guess the bonus is my ULTA and my Target don't keep them stocked so it hasn't been tempting for me to pick up. The only shades I typically see are the bright orange and the vibrant purple!
Congratulations hitting pan in your Rockateur!!!!!!! I really want to try exposed down the line too. I already know I will love it since the color is similar and I'm a huge fan of that formula. I've been so pleasantly surprised by Rockateur because that initial overspray really turned me away until I started using it. I've also got a backup already in my Cheeky Sweet Spot palette so thank goodness I love the color!
I love that tip! KVD refuses to budge- guess that formula is just so opaque. I'm getting to where I can scrub the side and its not replaced with product no matter how long it stands uprights so maybe I'm finally at the end!!!!!

I've never finished a Kat von d liquid lipstick but I thought I was finished with a nyx soft matte lip creme and it cracked open in my bag! there was a whoooolllee lot more inside, like half 3/4 of the tube was still there. maybe try to break open the lippie and see if there's more inside? I just put the remains into a little makeup jar.
Oh my goodness what a mess! I'm currently scraping out what I can from the sides but when I get what I can I will call it done and move on because I've got plenty of lipsticks to get through. I'm glad you were able to use the rest of the NYX lip creme instead of it completely ruining your bag!

Hahahahaha! The lipgloss spatula is from a brand called SWOON. I bought it via the Sephora website I want to say 2 yrs ago. If it isn't still on the website, search on AMAZON.com and you will be able to find it there. Its made of silicone so you can sanitize it in the dishwasher when you deep clean it but make sure you rub all the little edges with alcohol to get any sticky lip product off beforehand.
Great video, your Oneida the best at doing successful project pans, you inspired me to try it. I'm starting very small with one lipstick and lipgloss. where did you get the want thingy that you can use in just about any half empty container?

My sister bought the squeeze tube eyeliner from tarte and when I was squeezing out some of the eyeliner so I could line her eyes the top popped off and got all over my clothes and I'm pretty sure they're stained. I tried to put the top back on and save the product that we everywhere but I couldn't pop the top back on and I doubt it would've been sturdy enough to keep the product in. Just wanted to let you know!

I was thinking about depotting my chickathon palette as soon as it arrives here (I mistakenly sent it to my mother's) but if there is no magnetic pan maybe it is better if I leave it as it is... (had a lot of problems depotting products in grids before!)..
I doubt the Rockateur in the palette has the grid pattern. The consistency is different and doesn't have the overspray so I'm thinking to keep consistency they probably packaged the blush in a metal pan like the other blushes in the palette. It shouldn't be an issue but if you do have a singe Rockateur blush, I'd leave it in the original packaging. I had no idea it wouldn't be in a metal pan either until I panned it. It definitely explains why there is less product to it because that plastic grid takes up a lot of room where a metal pan wouldn't.
I've been panning a model co bronzer for about 3 months I've gone through about a quarter of it but now that I'm tanner I thankfully don't have to be careful with how much I'm using.

I've kept the empty naked and lorac palettes in a box in my closet. In the future I'd like to have a video of which neutral palette is ultimately worth repurchasing so it makes sense to me to hold onto the packaging. I'm keeping a bag of what I'm finishing for project pan items to see how much money I can clear out bc I've realized my average is around $1000/yr with all beauty related items; I'm curious to see how that breaks down into project 10 pan vs going with the flow of seasonal panning😊
I've started repurchasing some of my old pans for like melting depotted lipstick or moving a shadow to a nicer pallete. The lorac pro would make a nice depotted lipstick palletde
Beware of the Tarte Tartiest clay liner if you buy it!! My tube broke so the eyeliner came out of the side of the tube where the cap screws on instead of the hole at the top. I wasn't rough with the packaging or anything! And it transferred like crazy to my waterline and bottom lashline/undereye area. I will say one good thing about it though, it is very black!!

The other thing that kind of worries me about the liner is will it be oily and squeeze out too much even when I'm careful? I am just ready to completely change gears but still not go back to a pencil so this product intrigues me. Glad to hear its so black-might be worth the packaging knowing its going to be completely opaque without going over the line again and again!
+Amber F I just went ahead and gave it a go. Lol The tube before it broke though is very easy to control how much product you squeeze out. It's super pigmented and lasts all day, but I would try setting it with a black eyeshadow so it doesn't transfer on you. :-)

Yes-I saw her photo! I know there are quite a few that have taken them on in panning challenges; I'm getting a really thin application with this KVD and even just yesterday I was able to start scraping the sides and it didn't fill back up, if that makes sense. I tried the whole stick it in the hot water but the product just won't settle like a gloss so I'm curious if that is normal for other brands as well.

If you like the shade Lolita NYX has a total dupe for it! Liquid suede in "soft-spoken". Great progress!!
