I am in Canada and just found Katie’s story recently...amazing, incredible and beautiful woman! Married with a family, I am so happy for her. Her tenacity and bravery are an absolute delight and inspiration....bravo!
She is wonderful and so inspiring❤ I was sexually assaulted last year and the prosecuting attorney decided there wasn't enough evidence. I never even got a day in court. I cried when I saw that her attackers were convicted, it was incredible to see a woman get justice in court. Unfortunately that doesn't happen much here in America.
I'm sorry you didn't get justice. But fight them by holding your head up high and living life to the full x

I absolutely love Katie!!! Rob unfortunately I had a hard time listening to some of the things you had to say, besides the fact that it would be nice to let your guest talk a little bit more then going on about yourself. Also, I myself often like to get some nice things but this is just too much. Really, who cares, if you listen to Katie and read her amazing books you know she always repeats, wealth and beauty doesn't matter at the end of the day. Not to mention you compared a woman to a car??? Come on it's almost 2020. Im sure Katie must have felt just great :/ BTW being in the fashion world I have to agree about the Alexander McQueen doc. Phenomenal! Living in NY I was fortunate to see the exhibition Savage Beauty, it was probably just as inspiring as the Bowie one at the Brooklyn museum!

I was beaten badly by two people at a bus stop, I had my teeth smashed out of my face, I cant eat properly, I loose weight because I'm not eating anything I like, I've only got three teeth in my head, I don't have 14 thousand pounds to get veneers, so I guess I won't have teeth ever again

This young woman was very pretty before her attack.she had a very good doctor and she is lucky enough to be beautiful again not only with her look but inside, she is someone to look up to,I'm not a beauty and never have been, but I was always lucky I met a man when I was only 18 and he fell in love with me instantly, and to him I am beautiful we have 2 kids and 43years of marriage together and now grandkids. Your a very lucky woman and doing all the right things your partner is a lucky man. And you have lovely parents .

I just hope her ego doesn’t get to big. She was obviously wanting fame from a young age and thought a lot of herself. Her recent comments about a TikTok lady who does skits called gothic baby were not needed. Very judgemental which you wouldn’t expect from someone who preaches what she does. She’s not special because she was attacked with acid. It was something bad that happened to her a long time ago that she still managed to overcome and become successful. It’s a wonderful story but be careful with the ego that brings.
Why can’t the interviewer look at her directly when asking a question. Is he shy?
People ordinarily look when they're listening and look elsewhere when they're talking

She is incorrect in her assessment of Americans. Most of them are polite and private when asked, "How's your day going?" They usually say, "Fine, thanks." with a smile.

@@petrap1769 It's acknowledging your presence. No one can state that as fact, but they could as an opinion. However, the USA is vast and is very different from region to region so a "one size fits all" opinion can be difficult to prove factual.
