Yes, definitely check and or replace the harmonic balancer bolt. I replaced mine at 89K miles. C&S Corvettes sells a bolt assembly that gets pinned and will not loosen and fall out.
Loved that cold start! That bad boy sounds great! And I did (finally😳) see the list of mods you made on the C5, to include a bad-a$$ cam! On the squeak/squeal... could it possibly be the water pump? Going to look up newer vids to see what the cut out issues were. Thanks much, please keep the quality videos coming!
“I wanted this thing to be 100% done.” You will never be 100% done. There is always going to be something you want to do next. Good video. Looking forward to the final dyno numbers.
What size wheels and tires did you first put on your car if you did not use spacers. I have a C5 and I trying to put 19 x12 grand sport wheels with 325 30 19 on the car and I need spacers. So How were you able to do it?
It's probably the Bearing is shot on the tensioner...when you spun it it seemed wore out, also I would bet its the adapter connection on those fuel injectors.anyway let's keep our fingers crossed that it is an easy fix.
Chris, I need your help. I'm looking for a couple of NON working M code EBCM. I'm willing to pay for them. I'm in Ga. And can't find any. I was hoping with your fan base you'd may be able to get a led. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Keep up the videos. Project Chuck I know will be a success. Stay safe.
Check your harmonic balancer. Could be causing the tensioner to go bad.
I hope your problem with the C5 is resolved quickly, and i wish you all the best with Project Chuck good luck Chris.

Still haven’t finished the ignition issue. I have the parts though.
Chris, every C5 I ever worked on it was always that tensioner making the noise. Every stinking time. 🤣

You know what I meant. I’d rather want to change something instead on needing to fix something.
Nice dew..... 💅
The problem is your lack of supercharger. That will fix the pulley issues
Check the Tensioner!!
Keep up the good videos bro. Hopefully the car gets figured out and can get those full numbers
Donated! Best of luck. Best part I could donate is my 94Gt's license plate "Bad Hrsy" which still hangs in my garage next to my C5.
Thank you 🙏🏻

Wow! That was so close going on the tow that I bet you couldn't slip a piece of paper between the spoiler and bed.
Chris i had to change my ten pulley on my 2000 c5 at 9000 miles
I'm surprised you haven't done a coil over install
The benefit per $ doesn’t make it a worthy mod to me, and I don’t track the car regularly. The car already handles amazingly.

Have you posted on Corvette Forum?
Have you tried vettevillians on Facebook? They part out corvettes mainly c5s.
If you still have the OEM original balancer, it likely is going bad like they all eventually do. Had to replace my '98's last year.
I would say so on that pulley. That sounds like it's waiting for a sneak attack on you at the most inopportune moment.
Harmonic balancer at 90%. Been there done that...
A/c tensioner pulley
Leave the squeaky pulley. Sounds supercharged!!
I still support you, but we ain't gonna be tight tight until you announce you're pursuing the C4 Corvette project.
Once I have the money I will.
