I have created tickets that go along with or sometimes in place of my treasure box. They say things like no shoes for a lesson, no homework, special chair for a lesson, 2 min. dance party, listen to music while working, all things that are free, but fun for the kids.

Those tickets are such a great idea Lindsay! I’ve used those types of rewards as well. The fact that they’re free and very low prep makes it win-win for teachers and students. Thanks for watching! 😀

Cool treasure box! I actually use an old calendar as posters but never thought to use as an incentive...great idea! I also like the bracelet idea too. I'm definitely gonna add these to my treat bag. Thanks for sharing!

Queen de la Classroom thanks for watching! The bracelets are my favorite. Hopefully they’ll be a hit with your students as well

I learned to get candy and snacks that I don't like because I will eat them all. 🤣🤣 Great video!

You ate all the fruit roll ups?! Hahaha! Sounds like something I would do. My treasure box isn’t very budget friendly but this year I only use it for student birthdays. My first few years it use to be for the table who earned the most points by the end of the week, the weekly star student AND birthdays. That would be 6 students a week picking from the bin and I constantly had to replenish. Not anymore! Lol. I don’t even use it for star student anymore and I don’t notice a difference in their behaviour from past classes. I do like the treasure box though...kids are excited to go in it the rare time they do get to go in it. Great video. 😄👍
