Governors Island - Outlook Hill and Climbing up the Scramble

Climbing up the Scramble on the north side of Outlook Hill on Governors Island. At 70 Ft tall , Outlook Hill is the tallest of the four man made hills at the south end of Governors Island . The top of Outlook Hill is a n outstanding view point, with 360 degree views of the New York harbor. I shot this video with my GoPro 11 attached to a chest mount. When I reached the top of Outlook Hill I was surprised to see the Queen Mary 2 and referred to the QM2 as legendary Queen Elizabeth 2, my mistake there. The Scramble was built with repurposed stones that previously were part of a seawall that protected the island.
