    Thank you so much for sharing this meditation - it's my go-to when I wake up in the early hours with anxiety. Even if I don't get back to sleep, there's just something that the anxious parts of me really respond to in this. Really grateful to have it as a resource - thank you again

    What a beautiful meditation. I am never as aware of my body as I have been during this meditation. Completely calming. Thank you Bodhipaksa
