JYP is honestly the most down to earth CEO in the kpop industry. I love his idol shows because he is genuine and knows how much weight the dream of becoming an idol holds on people. He looks at potential and hard work. He believes in them. I respect him a lot. He is never afraid of being emotional and gives very good insight and criticism.
