Unfortunately, those model rubber bands aren't available abundantly in our country....and the stores that keep them, sell them at hyped up prices.... For example, a cheap Chinese 70mm 3-4s 3000kv EDF in our country's hobby shops costs about 17k-20k.... It used to be sold at price of 2.5k on a website, but hoarders are now selling it at such a bullshit price..... All thanks to Modi and BJP.....
Small tip, don't glue the wings while the wings are flat on their back, if you do then the wings won't flex as much due to tension. Try to glue them while the wings are down, "at least not all the way down" 😆
I have seen so many of these videos already and tried making my own. But the rubber band is never strong enough to make the wings flap no matter how many times I twist. There must be something I am doing wrong but I don't know what. 😞
@@DPSTECHZ I appreciate the reply - thanks. But I think I was able to fix the issue.(replaced the connecting rods with stronger material, tightening up some loose ends, and added an extra rubber band to create more resistance). So happily, the wings can flap very well now. I just need to work on making it glide properly because it took a nose dive into the ground during first trial run. I'm guessing if I make the tail wing a little bigger it might distribute the weight a bit more evenly so that it can glide better.

adjust the tail up and add weight to a side to get it to circle and climb higher. Use model / sport rubber band.
