My problem is that the narc came back years later and caught me at a weak time of “divorce” with another man. And I entertained him for a good 2 weeks but when he attempted to breadcrumb me I remembered why I cut him off the first time and changed my number. Ladies, they will always come back! Just use logic instead of emotions so you don’t let them play you! Don’t play into their games!!

Y’all please listen to this lady. I wish I could have come across this a year + ago. But here I am after the fact, after the storm passed and I’m doing much better now. I stepped out in faith and allowed god to catch me. I’ve gone from living in a shelter, to transitional housing and working towards owning my own home. I walked away from a 10 year narcissist relationship. And i did notice so much bad would happen to me while i was with him. I didn't know what a narcissist was until I met my Ex girlfriend. I needed help and didn't know how to explain what was happening to me. It seemed too good to be true with the love bombing phase. I was questioning myself and didn't feel Worthy when she would Gaslight me and give me the silent treatment. There wasn't any physical abuse just mental abuse that made me feel like I was crazy. Thank God the good Lord helped me get through it with prayer. Once she abandoned me without closure. She contacted me 6 months later and by that time I was able to tell her to go F@#k Off and move forward with my life. Now I understand why it's important for me not to be a slave to sexual immorality. You allow Demons to enter and take in soul ties.

God intervene on my behalf, it’s not easy because he will move people out of your life that don’t mean you any good or give you the strength to leave. I had to practice self love. 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽
The entity portrays to be a functional human being, but is far from human and this is why we are so deceived, that God Above, started giving us vivid dreams, letting us see the eyes go completely black right in front of us, from the entity.

My focus has always been on making sure everyone around me is happy. It started when I was a little kid.
As long as mom and dad were happy and the family was happy, then I felt safe. It was a survival instinct.
I continued that mentality into my adult friendships and marriage and w my kids. As long as I could keep everyone happy, then I would be happy and I could rest.
Well, all these later I had to realize that wasn’t working out so good bc no one is happy for long and then I’d be back in the rat race again spinning my wheels trying to make people happy.
I had to let go of the idea that somehow I could fix everything bc I can’t. It’s just not possible. So I quit! People have to make themselves happy. I’m out! I’ve officially fired myself from that impossible sheet job lol.

I'm exactly the same! As long as everyone is happy then I can be happy. My Narcissist is a complete nightmare but I can't walk away so i'm learning how to deal with it and keeping my distance as much as possible is a good start and it seems to be working.

girl you preaching. my abusive, psychopath, delusional ex that has been in my life over 12 years thought he was gonna keep threatening to kill me. making it his job just to talk down on me even after we were over. mind you. it's been 12 years of physical and metal abuse. i finally said enough is enough. i stayed in prayer day and night. i let and allowed the lord to lead me. the lord gave me enough strength mentally and closed my heart to my ex abuser. that's the day i finally blocked him on every single thing after being empathetic and saying: "well maybe he'll change" well, he didn't. it got so bad, when i didn't wanna be intimate with him that resulted in him wanting to kill me. but in this situation i had to think things through and be not only calm but smart. never tell the left hand what the right hand gonna do. just act on it. and so i did. i ended up moving far away. i haven't talked to him since. and my lord, my god. when i say i feel alive again. i'm never looking back. don't wanna look back. it made me stronger. but if anybody ask me: "are you seeking a relationship?" i tell them. honey. no one can love me the way i love me, bay-be. keep speaking these words of wisdom. and to all those who're being abused mentally and physically. be smart in your situations. don't overthink it just be smart and always trust your gut. that saved my life from possibly being murdered and more. you are not alone so keep fighting. 💛

@@dorib.3367 there is always hope. you're gonna feel weak and fustrated beyond measure. but do not give in to the enemy because there are better days to come. fight for your peace and you will have your peace again. in simpler terms. put your foot down in your life even if that person is trying to overcome you. of course always think before you act, but be smart about every decision you make. better days are coming. stay strong in the mist of your weakness. cry when you have to. talk to people to get those things off your chest. but keep fighting. overall we're all in this together. i'm routing for you.
I needed this message today. I am a survivor. I knew as well that the devil sent that narcissist. I broke up with the narcissist, and not even three weeks later, I bought my dream home and got an amazing deal on it. The narcissist was blocking my blessings.

I went low contact with my parents. It was a hard decision but I was very depressed around them and physically ill from the mental abuse. I even had thoughts of ending things. Now, my extended family members are guilt tripping me to spend time with them. They are putting pressure on me to have a relationship with me. I told them about my previous health issues but they don't care. They say, "well you only get one mother." Then I don't know what to tell them after that

It's amazing how much you get back once you get over the narc. Leaving for good will probably be one of the hardest things you'll ever do. For the first month I was an absolute wreck. Theres nothing more conflicting than leaving someone that you're in love with (or in a monstrous trauma bond), becoming depressed because you don't have them anymore, then to screw things up more they are the only thing on this planet that can make you feel better and take this pain away. But if you get passed the trauma bond, you find yourself again. I forgot who I was and didn't even realize it. You find yourself again after the hurdles. It's a horrible mess, but if you want happiness you gotta go.

Yup, I cut off my narc spouse. I ran out off the house without him being aware of it. Leaving all his house gates and doors open. I didn't care even if a robber went and robbed his house. I have put domestic violence against him, its been 6 months now. I am feeling all the freedom, peace, and happiness back in my life. I am grateful to God that my parents are supporting me. Its a sin to be in narc relationship, where you have no self respect and you are allowing them to manipulate and devalue you. Cutting off and not looking back is the only solution.
Well said mami this is why I did what I did and it saved my life my piece is more important than this slime ball and I realize I did nothing wrong and I'm hanging on to that thought I'm a 1yr and almost 7month survivor of this nonsense mami my counseling is going well I'm doing other things in my life I don't need no slimeball to control me and further more I'm so.grateful for this information on you tube it has been very helpful and I realize that God is incontrol and makes a way trust and believe all the time I love you mami stay blessed
I can't seem to release him. I was miserable. I felt he was only living with me to have a free place to lay his head.

I loved him so much, still do. Why did I feel so abandoned😢. Now in a new relationship. I'm so hypersensitive still to everything said / done. New guy is very giving but I feel there is a price attached to it. I don't trust. He's more into me than I am in him. Just seems I need to be single. I don't know how to move forward, how to be happy.

I needed to hear this. I’m a 53 yr old Black man, adult adoptee, with a narcissistic 86 yr old mother. She’s been hell since I was 13. Now her dementia and behavior is getting worse. She’s never let me into her financial affairs, even though she started needing to borrow money, frequently. Now that she can’t handle her business anymore, it’s a huge mess and burden on me. At the same time, I’m at my best after years of struggle.(school loans,child support, etc.) I sacrificed to get to this point, but I can’t even enjoy it. I feel like I was born into slavery.
