I don't know..Europe has some really nice consumer level cakes? For example "Evo Force One" has 576 shots and lasts 3 minutes or "Shockwave F3" which is 100x38mm 4000g cake that lasts for 40 seconds.
The laws for fireworks in the USA are really weird. You can buy canister shells there, but not 1.3G batteries. With us in Germany you can easily buy 1.3G batteries as long as they are in the consumer variant F2.
